“I found Parcelhero by accident and glad I did. The ordering of a parcel carrier was so easy and UPS provided a very reasonably priced delivery service. The courier arrived on time and my chair was delivered to it's destination within 24 hours and none of the packaging was disturbed. I will be using them again through Parcelhero.”
“The item I sent was delivered two days late to the customer and was damaged in transit, when I raised a claim for the damage they refused to pay it because I couldn't show how it was packaged due to the customer throwing the packaging away. Ensure you take photos of the parcel before it is sent and let customers know that if the item is damaged you will need to have images of the damaged packaging also.”
“Terrible. I paid for my package to be picked up by parcel force but was not picked up as parcel hero had not passed over the information.
I tried to reschedule and no response from my emails. I cancelled online so I could go elsewhere and only received part refund.
Now having to ask for full refund direct with parcel hero and via PayPal. Fingers crossed.”
“I found parcelhero recently. I have a son who lives in the US and after a few years of a steadily deteriorating service from Parcelforce and USPS looked for an alternative.
I've used Parcelhero three times now and been really impressed with the service. There was a slight delay with one parcel and they were very responsive when I contacted them.
In fact, I've just had the lovely experience of being on the phone with my son when FedEx delivered a parcel that was collected from my home yesterday. 32 hrs from London to Misouri. Excellent service”
“Just like previous reviews...gave an honest measurement, courier driver had no problem carrying my parcels and putting them in the van. Parcel hero then ask for evidence of weight and dimensions of parcels...after they have been taken away from me! They then double their price and take it straight out of my account. Disgusted.”

I was quoted £39 for send back a 21kg, 104cm long coffee table. Fine! Courier came to pick it up. He managed to carry it himself and put it in the van (it was a small coffee table). One month later parcel force take out £47 from my account. Apparently, an extra surcharge from the courier that was being passed on to me. They said my parcel must have exceeded limits but couldn’t tell me which ones. I sent them pictures of the package (label showing) with a tape measure next to both length and width. Clearly showing within limits. Then all of a sudden it was the heigh dimension that was the issue. How convenient!! You could clearly see the height was not the issue in the picture and definitely didn’t warrant a £47 surcharge when the length and width were both clearly visible and under limits. Parcel force were adamant. They said they couldn't do anything. I ended up paying £88 in total despite the evidence I had. Please please - do
