I tried this company because I thought it would save me some money compared to usually using Royal Mail, but how wrong could I be, they lost my parcel after it left the drop off point (according to the tracking system) I have asked for compensation to cover the price of the parcel and they have refused and taken no responsibility”
“Parcel not collected and charged for the non collection had to rebook to be collected again today was wrapped up but apparently not good enough then had no email of none collection if it wasn’t for the other person telling me I would of never known”
