“Abysmal, paid for next day collection and delivery. They didn’t arrive to collect, they couldn’t give an update as to why, or when they would, tracking notes on their system a waste of time. I then checked directly with the end courier and found they were 1/3 of price, for faster delivery, with timed collection slot and twice the insurance cover included. Buyer beware. Cost £9 to cancel the service they didn’t provide.”
“I paid 2 delivery charges of £30 & £33 to post 2 bits of lightweight material. they went into my account and have taken an extra £168 without my permission, telling me that my parcel size on both occasions was incorrect.
They are absolute scammers, I have never experienced a company like this in my entire life.
Avoid at all costs.
