“Terrible company, take money for shipping parcels, hold them at their facility for several weeks and then debit you hundreds of pounds to return the item

“Absolutely appalling customer service received throughout my query.
I booked a collection for 13th October, but nobody turned up. Once I was advised of this and chased the situation, I received a basic response saying they were sorry, no reason, but that I could rebook.
I decided to cancel and go elsewhere and emailed requesting a refund (seen as none of the phone numbers connect?!?).
Siraj Adrian advised me the driver attempted to collect on 7th October which I did not request, and because it failed, I would then only be refunded part of the amount, as I was being charged the failed delivery I did not agree to!
3 weeks later after numerous emails back and forth and very little communication from Siraj unless I chased, I was told they were still going to charge me for the failed collection date that I did not even ask for. I asked for proof as to how they could charge me for this and Siraj could not provide anything and danced around the subject, even though he emailed to confirm I didn't book for 7th October!!
I am beyond disgusted by the service I have received, and can say I will never use ParcelHero again if this is how they treat customers.”
“It is not everybody that has the modern mobile phones that do everything, even making phone calls! I also do not have a printer and found it very inconvenient and had to ask a neighbour to print out the label. I would have cancelled the shipment, but would have lose my money. Probably won't use you again.”
