I inputted all the details of my parcel correctly and paid for it to be sent. The carrier didn't turn up the first time so I had to pay a second time for it to be collected (and was only partially reimbursed given that it wasn't my error). The product was then taken and I am now being charged (without approval) £72 because they are saying the product was over the allotted collective size (a combination of length, width and girth- which they're trying to say was over 4m!) for that carrier- Apparently because I don't have a picture of the bath next to a tape measure (even though I have the bath dimensions from the order I made of the bath- they said I needed to take pictures which is of course impossible because they have already collected it) they will continue to take my money without proving from their end that it was over 400cm! (When I tried to ask for evidence that says it was over those specifications, they told me the carrier does not provide proof!) I have since found out the second you make a payment to them it automatically authorises them to take any payment they want if they invoice you (I did mine through PayPal and still wasn't protected!). DO NOT USE.”
