“Even though I booked and paid for my shipment 3 days prior to collection, nobody turned up to collect 8am to 7pm I waited, the following day I took it to a UPS collection point. 10 Days my shipment took :-( and then Parcel Hero tell me I owe them £2,40 because there is an actual weight and a chargeable weight !!! Not using these guys again that's for sure!!!”
