“I was told my parcel had been delivered to my grandmother ready for Christmas. Called her on Christmas day to find out it actually had not been delivered at all and she had nothing to open at Christmas. I am furious.”

After at least 25 minutes on the phone, I learned from a supervisor that the 48hr stoppage in Calais meant you would not collect parcels for shipment to continental Europe.
The first person I spoke to could hardly speak or understand English, She also did not know what the problem was and was utterly hopeless. I had to demand a supervisor. He too was badly informed and, in the end, told me I would be notified when the parcel could be collected.

“Very simple to book. Incredibly cheap. My parcel wasn’t collected but I dropped it into a local depot easily. I would suggest don’t arrange a collection- if you can drop it locally you know it’s on its way. There were loads of easy drop off places to choose from. I got a tracking number on my confirmation email and could see the journey of my parcel all the way. Simple, cheap, fast. Excellent value for money. Arrived Xmas Eve in time for my 86 year old mum to not feel alone this Christmas. Thanks.”
