The courier lied and didn’t pick up our collection which meant we had to drop off (we paid for collection). The courier at the other end didn’t even ring the bell so my daughter didn’t know her package had been delivered it was just at the front door. Very poor service I only gave 2 stars because through the poor service it was delivered (not on time)
