“Driver didn’t collect first day when he said he’d called. Working from home could see anyone come up drive, plus home cctv proved nobody had been to house. However after rebooking driver came next day. Luckily parcel arrived in time”

“Collection driver was lovely but sitting in all day for a collection between 9-5pm is frustrating. Would be better if in the morning you were told a rough time driver would arrive as in morning, early afternoon or late afternoon. Driver arrive at 5pm. Had to wait in all day.”
