When draining fluid off, there are small holes built into lid which when aligned with saucepan allows water to pass through, but no food escapes .”
“Bought a triply uncoated "wok" from them and it's brilliant. Obviously it's not a proper wok, but the shape is exactly what I wanted. And ofc, right after the buy I had to do the egg test and it easily passed it. Reading "everything sticks to it" reviews I'm not sure people know how to use stainless steel properly..”
“I was surprised to see these negative reviews. I’ve had a set of pro cook gourmet saucepans over 5 years. They stack well and clean easily. I only saw these reviews as I need to replace a frying pan with a gourmet one.

“I bought a Procook Granite small saucepan in a sale. Excellent value for money (paid £20 only). Non-stick ability unbelievable. I cooked porridge today the residue just came off with swishing water around the pan, not even a soft cloth needed! Very good heat distribution so no burning. Very impressed. Would buy more of these products. If I ever buy an induction hob, these will be perfect.”

“Fabulous staff very knowledgeable returns policy is fantastic any issue straight on it people abuse kitchen ware and are very eager to complain your told not to use certain things on non stick ie metal and certain oils but people ignore it and blame the pans a good pan does not make you a good cook nothing looks new forever and people moan when a tiny scratch appears because they’ve stored them wrong or put them in a dishwasher for 2 hrs cos too lazy to run under a tap my pans are fabulous have been for a number of years and the x50 knives are brilliant”
