Walk in price for an HP 302 ink cartridge £34.99. The click and collect price is£26.99. When questioned the sales assistant stated there was a two price strategy. The price shown in the shop display is the higher and the lower price is on the back of the price tag. Eventually received a refund, however I will not use the shop again

I ordered a hoover for my business, 1 month now and still not receive it so I been without a hoover for a retail business! I called twice asking what’s happening. 1st they said, it’s was stuck in a hub and not been sent out yet, said should get it by the end of the week (I called beginning of the week). Still didn’t come, called again the week after. Another customer service agent said the delivery’s man came 3 times but no one was in. Which was a lied, no one came and they’re always someone at the business premises. Terrible business, lied and tried to make out it’s my fault for not being in. Asked for a refund, will not be buying anything from them again. Reading from here, lots of people are having problem with Ryman, you need to sort out your business!!

Nothing but a reseller, purchase your goods from the actual supplier if you wish to get them in a timely manner.

Do not order from this company. Very poor customer service. Has taken me over a week to get a response to return an order. They now want return postage and a restocking fee that is more than the item ordered! Now have to wait 2 days again for an email reply as chat does not work!

Absolutely appalling service avoid at a cost. I ordered a printer - worked for around a week then broke clearly damaged. I tried to get in contact numerous times Finally got through to an adviser who Asked me to fill in a faulty form. After chasing consistently I had a response stating they couldn’t understand the fault and asked if I’m Using the correct paper....unbelievable Chased a collection for WEEKS just had a person arrive at my door out of the blue not knowing what he was collecting who from Or what company it was for - he Refused to accept the printer as “no label printed” on it No confirmation or communication from Ryman’s just generic emails and poor service - my business has now suffered for four weeks and I am still chasing. Utterly disgusted in this service

our order number is #2000348705. Do not buy from this company. We ordered a scanner on the 4th of November and was told it would be delivered on the 11th of November. When it didn't turn up and you couldn't tell us where it was we decided to cancel our order and order from elsewhere. We were told on the 12th of November a refund could take 3 to 5 working days. It is now the 25th of November and despite 3 phone calls to your customer service team, we have still not got our refund. We are now being told you have just had confirmation from your supplier that our item was not sent out to us and you will now contact the supplier to ask for a refund. Once they have agreed to the refund you will then issue one to me. This is unacceptable so we won't get our refund in 3 to 5 working days a previously advised but only once your supplier agrees. Very unhappy !!!

Horrible suppliers. I ordered a white board which was delivered to the wrong address AND was cracked on delivery. Firstly they got some local supplier who wasn’t Ryman to supply the whiteboard. When I asked for a refund, they refused as I hadn’t submitted a report within 48 hours. Don’t understand how I can submit a complaint within 48 hours if they’ve delivered the product to my neighbour who didn’t tell me he had it until 3-4 days after. We ordered 6x35L and 9x33L really useful boxes 3 days ago for an imminent house move. The order arrived today (1 day late), and has 4 boxes missing, which we really need now for the house move. When we contacted Rymans Customer Service, we spoke to a lady called Rudi, who very unhelpful and rude over the phone with no confirmation of what's happened to our missing order, or when we will receive the missing items. When we asked to speak to her supervisor, she said she was not going to pass onto her supervisor, so we've made a formal complaint (a) about the poor customer service, and (b) about the late and missing items; and have requested a full refund for the missing items. We will not be using Rymans for any future purchases, due to the lack of helpfulness to resolve, and particularly due to the rude behaviour. I've also just checked the online reviews and realised that they have a grant 1.7/5 stars (trust pilot). If only I'd checked this previously, we will be remind ourselves to vet urgent orders in future, to make sure that the companies have at least 4/5 online review rating before making the order. I suggest other people do the same, which will exclude poor customer service driven companies for gaining orders, which will hopefully prompt Rymans to invest in better customer service and customer experience....which will ultimately mean customers will consider returning in the long run. Don't buy anything from them. A friend of mine was been harresed and forced to show id while collecting her order whether it doesn't says in the confirmation she have to show proof of ID . We have stopped to going there may more and buy stuffs from there anymore. Rubbish service . Store assistants doesn't care about the head office instructions and rubbish behaviours. Avoid

Ordered bbq arrived faulty, took pictures spoke to Ryman on day of opening box and email. Still waiting for response 30 plus days and 30 plus emails and telephone calls. This company stinks of incompetence. DO NOT USE.

If I could give them 0 starts, I would. I would not recommend this company, please avoid at all cost. I purchased a metal shed which I received in early June. Contacted them because the shed was damaged and it is also so flimsy it should not be called a metal shed. I have been exchanging emails nearly every week since 14 June to arrange for the item to be picked up. Every time I am promised that someone will be in touch within 48 hours ..etc... it has now been 2 months!!! I have asked the credit card company to challenge the transaction now as well. Hopefully someone will take notice and arrange to pick up this shed.

If I could give it no stars I would, avoid like the plague!! Ordered a home office desk 3 weeks ago, said 'due to COVID there will be a slight delay in the 3-5 day SLA stated on the website and it will be delivered at the latest by the 15th July. That came and went. My only contact was via livechat. Apparently they are using an external supplier and their only way of contacting them was via email and I'd have to wait 3 days. That came and went until I insisted on waiting until they escalated with a manager. Then I was told that it was out of stock and I could either wait until it cam back in or I could wait 3 days and then get a refund (Just in case it was out for delivery?, makes no sense) then when the refund was issued I'd have to wait a further 3-5 working days to receive it! Honestly I wish I'd have read the reviews prior to purchase. Absolutely awful and please take my advice and what looks like everyone else's same advice and steer well clear.

Placed an order online and requested that the vat be refunded as the item was being sent to Guernsey which is a vat free area. Companies normally take the vat of at source but Ryman’s have refused to remove or replace it. So they are profiting the value of the vat as well. Would not use again

I placed an order online with Ryman in the belief that I was buying it from Ryman and that it was in stock. I was given a 3 - 5 working day delivery date. Nothing received so I chased up Ryman to be informed that the item was being supplied by a third party company and their only means of contact was via email, and that I would have to wait for up to 72 hours to get an update. Not good enough. The item had been ordered two weeks earlier with no sign of when or if I would ever receive it, so I told Ryman to cancel the order. I was informed they couldn't cancel the order because it was coming from the third party supplier and I'd have to wait up to 72 hours to see if the order could be cancelled. Again, not good enough, my contract was with Ryman not a third party supplier. A week further on my order is still showing as processing with no sign of a refund. I warn people.... avoid any dealings with Ryman, they have no interest in operating within the spirit of the sale of goods act and are taking orders they cannot fulfil. Do not use them.

Do not use this company. Wish I had read reviews before ordering on line. Faulty item delivered, after 8 weeks and 5 phone calls item eventually collected now awaiting refund. Nobody tells you what is happening just get told by customers service they will contact the supplier. Cannot stress enough how useless they have been.

My online shopping experience with Ryman echoes everyone else's by the sound of it. Ordered a fairly expensive item for a birthday gift which arrived damaged and looking suspiciously second hand. Many hours since wasted on their truly awful online chat with a very unhelpful agent called Sarah and the damaged item was collected (though not on the day Ryman advised), and nothing since. They don't answer their phones. They don't respond to emails. If you want to complain you have to address it to the email address that doesn't respond to emails in the first place. If you do manage to get through on the online chat after entering the same details multiple times, all you get is the repeated excuse of they can't give a refund as they are waiting on their supplier and to wait to hear from them in an email that never comes. Now £200 and many hours down and seeking legal recourse. Despicable company and service. AVOID.
