“Absolute disgrace of a company. Was on holiday for the new year in New York and had to sell some theater tickets we bought because we were unable to go due to being sick. First time using this service and tried to input my information many of times and it kept kicking me out of the site. I tried around 8 times and the same issue, kept kicking me out so I left it and went on with my day as there was nothing say tickets were processed. Hours later we get a call a phone call asking to send the tickets and when I explained what happened they said so you can’t send the tickets and I said no. 10 minutes later they take money from my account for the tickets. When I got back to the hotel I checked my emails and there were 2 emails saying they sold the tickets. I was fuming with this as it was never submitted the 8 times I tried cause of their site messing around. I raised a complaint and they said they would look into it and get back to me. This was 4 weeks ago and still nothing. I have tried to ring them on many occasions and every time I try to contact them, when they say to press a number it just repeats to the same information and I press the number it repeats again and again to say press a number. So I started to look into it there was issues and wow there are so many. I have had to send a message on X and high I got a response but they are saying it’s my fault. Honestly an absolute joke of a company, a proper scam and robbing people for their money. They have stolen money from my account due to their system not working properly. Would love to take this further because this is completely out of order. I still haven’t received an email about my issue only speaking to some clown on a DM on X. Stay away from these absloute robbing scammers”
“They charged me for twice the number of tickets I ordered and received. When I called they acknowledged the mistake, but told my credit card company that I purchased the double number of tickets. FRAUD. Most of the questions below are irrelevant. I purchased tickets for a concert online.”
