The tickets were delivered via email 1 hour after purchase and were genuine resale tickets. Yes we paid more than face value but the tickets were cheaper than other sites. “Absolutely the best place to get your tickets. I bought 2 tickets to see Chris Issak Christmas show. As usual and fully expected the seller didn't have my tickets. They were very very far from the stage but was all that I could afford. So the seller, at first offered me worst tickets. So I called Stub hub. I explained my disappointment in a very nice way. The seller sent me front orchestra seats. 6 rows from the stage behind the pit at the Gallo Center in Modesto California. We were so close you could see every detail in Chris's sparkling suit. Every drop of sweat! It was hands down fabulous. Stubhub is the best. But if you call up with a bad attitude you're going to probably be a one star reviewer! “I bought some Phillies tickets last night (7/1) using Stubhub. Inadvertently, I signed in as a guest instead of using my Stubhub login. Several hours later the tickets were not showing in my Stubhub account even though an e-mail from Stubhub said they were available for viewing.
I called Stubhub for help and spoke with a customer service rep immediately. The rep was very helpful. To say that I am a computer/digitally challenged senior citizen, perhaps illiterate, would be kind. In resolving this issue the rep no doubt had some hairs turn gray, but he remained persistent and focused on helping me. And thankfully the situation eventually was resolved to my satisfaction. Go Phillies!”
