"we purchased two tickets for $304 to sleeping beauty ballet 4 moths prior to the date. Just few nights to the date we received the tickets. We were so much looking forward to it. When we got to the theatre, they told us the performance was cancelled but no one tried to reach us informing of cancellation. The theatre told us that they have informed their customers by emails about the cancellation but since we had bought them from Stubhub they are not responsible for any refunds. So we asked how much were the tickets purchased from the theatre directly, the manager told us $40 each!!!! So we had paid $304 as opposed to $80. We called Stubhub immediately on spot and they were giving us hard time denying the cancellation. We had to get the theatre manager to write and confirm that the program is canceled and we emailed it to them. In a few days we got an email that they are processing our refund and it will take 8 days , this was back in May. Now we are in end of August and still there is no news of a refund on our credit care. I tried to reach them by chat and their answer below is so ridiculous . They are bunch of crooks and God knows who and how they running this operation?!!!!"

"We purchased tickets through StubHub in June for a concert, trusting their so-called \u201cFanProtect Guarantee\u201d (see attached screenshot). The guarantee promises valid tickets or a full refund\u2014don\u2019t believe it.\r\nOn the very day we were finally able to download our tickets, we logged in only to find they had ALREADY been transferred\u2014without our knowledge or authorization. We immediately contacted StubHub (less than 3 hours later) and explained the situation. Our case was \u201cescalated\u201d to the fraud department, and we were told we\u2019d receive a call or email with a resolution in a few days.\r\nA full week later, after hearing nothing, we called back only to be told that the \u201cresolution team\u201d had decided our only option was to dispute the charge with our credit card company. That\u2019s it. No help, no replacement tickets, no refund\u2014just a brush-off. When we referenced the FanProtect Guarantee (which is supposed to cover exactly this kind of issue), customer support had nothing to offer.\r\nStubHub\u2019s guarantee is worthless. They do not stand by their promises, and their \u201csupport\u201d is just a runaround. If you value your money and peace of mind, buy your tickets elsewhere. This company does not protect its customers."

"The worst company for buying tickets. They play tricks on people, selling tickets they don't have. When you try to download them, a sign appears saying the transfer has closed. You can never get them, and when you call, they give you the runaround and tell you you have to wait for the seller to respond, which never happens. They're also not responsible for returning your money. You have to call the bank and cancel them. It's a disaster! We waited four days for a response until the day of the event, and they never gave us a solution."
