"I purchased tickets for a November 15, 2024 Lou Gramm concert. The concert was postponed until July 25, 2025. The concert was canceled due to artist illness. I have sent proof from the venue of the cancellation 3 times and stubhub will not refund my money. No one speaks English and they have no call centers In the United States. I will never do business with them again."

"Bought tickets through StubHub. Noticed that had no Bar code the day before the show. Started the process to get bar code. Spent about 4 hours on phone first day with no luck. Day of show, spent 4 hours on phone. They\u2019d finally said that they had escalated the case and would have ticket bar code before the show. When I got to the show two hundred miles from my home I still had no bar code but had received a email from StubHub saying did not need a bar code and event would let me in without bar code on my digital ticket which I had emailed StubHub to prove there was no bar code as that was what they requested. This was a 40000 person stadium concert event. The temperature was 103 degrees and had to walk about a half a mile\r\nAs everyone did but they had tickets that would get them in as I thought I did per their email. Nope. Stood in heat on phone for two more hours. Stub Hub said the code would appear 1 hour prior to show, that hour came and went. My favorite band came on as I could faintly hear them inside the stadium. I got them to email me a QR code one hour in to show and was able to attend some of the show. \r\nStubHub flat out lies to their customers"

"we purchased two tickets for $304 to sleeping beauty ballet 4 moths prior to the date. Just few nights to the date we received the tickets. We were so much looking forward to it. When we got to the theatre, they told us the performance was cancelled but no one tried to reach us informing of cancellation. The theatre told us that they have informed their customers by emails about the cancellation but since we had bought them from Stubhub they are not responsible for any refunds. So we asked how much were the tickets purchased from the theatre directly, the manager told us $40 each!!!! So we had paid $304 as opposed to $80. We called Stubhub immediately on spot and they were giving us hard time denying the cancellation. We had to get the theatre manager to write and confirm that the program is canceled and we emailed it to them. In a few days we got an email that they are processing our refund and it will take 8 days , this was back in May. Now we are in end of August and still there is no news of a refund on our credit care. I tried to reach them by chat and their answer below is so ridiculous . They are bunch of crooks and God knows who and how they running this operation?!!!!"

"We purchased tickets through StubHub in June for a concert, trusting their so-called \u201cFanProtect Guarantee\u201d (see attached screenshot). The guarantee promises valid tickets or a full refund\u2014don\u2019t believe it.\r\nOn the very day we were finally able to download our tickets, we logged in only to find they had ALREADY been transferred\u2014without our knowledge or authorization. We immediately contacted StubHub (less than 3 hours later) and explained the situation. Our case was \u201cescalated\u201d to the fraud department, and we were told we\u2019d receive a call or email with a resolution in a few days.\r\nA full week later, after hearing nothing, we called back only to be told that the \u201cresolution team\u201d had decided our only option was to dispute the charge with our credit card company. That\u2019s it. No help, no replacement tickets, no refund\u2014just a brush-off. When we referenced the FanProtect Guarantee (which is supposed to cover exactly this kind of issue), customer support had nothing to offer.\r\nStubHub\u2019s guarantee is worthless. They do not stand by their promises, and their \u201csupport\u201d is just a runaround. If you value your money and peace of mind, buy your tickets elsewhere. This company does not protect its customers."
