Advertised as electronic tickets then told paper, then told electronic, then told again paper, express mailed, forced to buy insurance due to zero stubhub trust. Paper tickets show up then notified to access my electronic tix. Ordinarily no big deal but at the more than 3x face value cost nervous they had zero clue. Think Im gonna switch to Vivid.”
“Excellent recommendation for parking lot to Little Caesar's Arena, Detroit. Easy to get tickets on my mobile phone. Easy to get into parking area and quick QR code scan entry with real person attendant. Prior to arrival I found it was not so easy to find QR code pass once you close out of it. You have to open it through your email again, because the app shows you have nothing.”
“Bought tickets to a hockey game: 1. Ten minutes before puck drop still no tickets. 2. Contacted them, and they said seller is no longer selling, after I had email confirming sale. 3. Tried to get another ticket per their "guarantee" but took 30 minutes, by that point period was over. 4. Requested refund. No response from first agent. Second give it to me. 5. Refund is less then I paid due to exchange rate changes. 6. No luck in a resolution either. Ruined my evening.”
“StubHub was great to work with but when I had to go through Ticketmaster to confirm tickets I was scammed. They tried 3 times to get $100 for a total of $300 out of my account. Needless to say I had to cancel all my cards. My bank got it fixed. The concert was great but the sound was to low. Could not understand what they said & music needed to be louder including the singers. Thank you.”
