We have, in writing, from Ticketmaster that we don’t have them and have never had them. Ticketmaster confirmed another account not associated with mine have them. We’ve been n the phone with StubHub for hours and hours and it’s been over two weeks now. We sent so many screenshots proving we don’t have the tickets. They still say we accepted them and have them so there’s nothing we can do. They are keeping our money. We aren’t covered by the guarantee. And they won’t provide information on what date the tickets were accepted or transferred and into what account because it’s ‘classified’. Even though it should be my information - as they claim. They are useless and a total scam. I don’t think they can actually see anything about the tickets and do not put customers first.”
