“Don't trust this company online they offer you good price but when they receive the phone they take out the price but they will offer you 80% deduction of original amount don't use them sell on ebay”
“Was offered a price from a price by this company for my iPhone 11 Pro Max which is, in my opinion, in great condition with 97% battery health, had a case on entire life and some minor screen scratches that does not effect the phone at all.
This company received my phone and said that there was significant wear on the device, reducing my quote from £230 to just £35 for a phone I know is in great condition. An insulting and quite frankly stupid price given the market value.
There’s no easy way to decline the offer, only to accept it via a portal. You have to get in contact with the company to decline at which point they will offer you slightly more, for me it was £10 extra.
To add insult to injury they then charged me £11 to send my phone back to me, despite price compassion sites they partner with stating you can “request” your phone to be sent back free of charge. You can request, but they won’t oblige.
It was the festive period so I accept the delay in replies which took a couple of days to my emails but quite frankly I will NEVER use this company again and have had far better experiences with other trade in companies.
I would recommend avoiding and going to a more honest and honourable company.”
“I recently upgraded my phone and sought to sell my old one. I normally use mazuma as they have always been good but webuyanyphone offered about £45 more for trade in so I stupidly went with them. Mazuma have NEVER knocked me down on 4 trade ins. This company received my phone which was in PERFECT condition as always in full body case. They stated there were three marks on it which is a lie and knocked over £100 off the trade in price quoted. I have the original box and the wires were still in their original sleeve. I kept the original screen stickers and put them back on. I’m a geek I know but you could have nearly sold this as a new phone. To have £100 knocked off the price as well as taking a week to sort and me having to chase them, they finally gave me a knocked

Sent an immaculate iPhone 12 - hardly used as it was an extra - was sent to them in box - brand new charger cable - they reduced their offer by two thirds and when I declined their offer and paid to have it returned they had purposely damaged it by scratching it all over and denting the corners - I will be contacting trading standards …. Even if it was damaged it would not cost as much as they reduced it by to replace a screen. And then have to pay £11 to have the phone returned to me. They claim that they pay the "Highest Price Guaranteed" when infact that is simply a lie.
They offer a smaller price than others due to where they "recycle the phones". What's more they will send you email after email adding £5 for downloading anti-virus, £5 if you don't agree to sell immediately.
They take advantage of people and attempt to squeeze as much out of you as they can when other companies actually treat you fairly.
(Monzo is very good).
Finally when you ask for your device back they charge you £10 for the postage and again try to make you sell it to them by offering you a £10 gift card instead.
AVOID THEM! You get FAR MORE for your phone from their competitors.”

After rubbish video they cut the price by £150!! Then to add insult to injury I had to pay nearly £11 to have it returned! Never again, they’re a total scam. “Wish I had read more reviews. Sent my iPhone in after a pretty decent price was given. I put my phone as Good. No marks etc. and sent in original box. On receipt of the phone they reduced the price by 110 pounds. Apparently due to a faulty screen. They couldn’t tell me why the screen was faulty nor did it match the description of faulty in their terms and conditions. I was also told there was no one I could complain to outside as the industry is not regulated. Basically they give a good price and then seriously de grade the phone and reduce the price. I have had to pay nearly 11 pounds to get it back. They also stealth you into a McAfee subscription through their website. All around cowboys. Do not use”
“This company is a total scam. Total fraudsters. Sent perfectly good iphone, they use a fake video to show scratches that don't exist. Reduced offer by over half and then charge you to return phone. I wish I had read the reviews before getting involved with this company!!”

They deploy underhand tactics to make your phone look more worn and damaged. My phone was pristine and had always been in a case - I also cleaned the device thoroughly and packaged it securely. The video they sent the device had been mistreated and had grubby hands all over it to make it artificially worn/damaged.
Also, their definition of good differs from other providers and is essentially brand new.
They also sign you up to services to entice you in and they don't make it clear that you are signing up to a direct debit.
I will be reporting them to trading standards.
Please, everyone reading this - go elsewhere!”
“I was quoted £563 for my iPhone 14 Pro.
The phone was in good condition when I sent it, as the phone was only 4 months old as I upgraded to the new iPhone 15 Pro Max.
I received an email saying urgent response needed and my iPhone was knocked down to £210 and they claimed it was because the screen had heavy wear on it. They sent me a video of the screen which wasn’t like that when I sent it as I took photos beforehand!
The screen was in immaculate condition when I sent it off!!
It seems like they quote a high amount then knock it down considerably when they receive the phone claiming “damage” which wasn’t on there when you send it. BE CAREFUL. I would recommend staying away from this company, as it is clearly a scam!”
“Inital price of £460 seemed a goof offfer. Then once they recieved the phone they tried to knock £80 off for 'noticable wear' not a mark on the phone as it was looked after and chekced before i sent it. Seems a bit of a scam to make more money. Many reviews say the same. They will send it back to me and i will sell it privately. What a waste of time. Dissappointing to say the least.”
“Do not use these thieving con people, they offered a reasonable price for my iPhone 12 which was in excellent condition £260 12 months old . I sent it off in original box and working condition when they received it I had a email saying it was scratched on the Bessel and marks on the front screen they were obviously lying because the phone was in perfect condition they offered half of what they originally offered. I then had to pay £10.75 for them to send the phone back to me which took 6 days . I sold the phone on market place the same day it came back for £300 please look around before you use these rogues”
“Sent my very good condition iPhone 13 Pro in after being offered £461 for it, get offer back for £315 stating poor condition which isn’t at all true, so wish I had looked ‘we buy any phone’ reviews up first, now been charged £10 postage for my phone to be returned, so glad I took some close up pictures minutes before I posted it after reading that apparently this company damages your phone before returning it!!
