“Our bed frame was delivered to the wrong house ( a complete stranger) the driver obviously didn't check the the name who signed or the address he was suppose to be delivering to, even though it was clearly labelled on the parcels (2 part parcel) luckily the honest stranger rang our doorbell 9pm that night and my husband went to collect it - when we tried to track it - it said we had it delivered 5pm that night - NO when I rang the office first thing in the morning the person who asked didn't seem surprised and made matters worse hence the score - sorry but you did ask”
“By the time I went to open my back door to give access to my garden; the man was leaving the boxes outside the door on my neighbour's property; when I ask to leave inside my property; he went to the van and his wife wants me to sign the delivery; I try to make they understand that is not my property, and I refuse to sing while the boxes are outside my property; they gone.”
“Arrived with only one person to deliver some furniture. Parked 50 metres away from house when the drive was available and then asked my wife and 75 year old father in law to help carrying the furniture.”

“I have just had a delivery from these guys - absolutely awful, I asked the delivery guy if he could help me carry the large box into my flat, to which he swore at me and dropped my box on the floor and stormed off. I have never had such a poor (and somewhat intimidating) service and will be putting in a full complaint. Do not use!”

Like so many other disappointed people, they 'mashed' the sofa to the point that the original seller has offered a full refund, before it even got to my door. Sadly the one I ordered was the last one in stock so back to the drawing board.

“What a complete incompetent delivery service this is. Have wasted 6 days waiting in for them to deliver beds. When they did try to deliver I was out, as I was unaware that they would be delivering them. Rang the number on the piece of paper they pushed through my door and was assured by the lady that the delivery would be made the next day. Some one in all day waiting (yet again). No delivery arrived and was told that it would come the next day so again I waited and nothing. Email to the company we bought the beds off says it was out for delivery yesterday. SO WHY DO I NOT HAVE MY BEDS!!!!!!!. My children are sleeping on mattresses on thd floor waiting for theor new beds to turn up. Will never ever buy from a company who uses the incompetent delivery people again. I can't tell you how annoyed I am ???????????????????????????????????????? And their only getting 1 star because you have to give them 1 it's a no star service really !!!!”
“Ordered through decent company who sent via this shambles, Given delivery date of tue 7th as the latest day for delivery I decided to track , then it became interesting as apparently they had tried to deliver twice before due to my work someone is always in 24/7 so this is not possible. interestingly on the tracking it states card left and the second time card left email sent!! No cards were left and no mail sent and I checked every folder inc junk. I mailed them twice at customer services ( haha) and the local depot , no replies eventually I got a number and a nice fellow promised me delivery today, oh dear still at depot!!! Contacted the company and was informed by them that the firm is rubbish and they would chase up, still waiting as the firm are having little joy. I Will now cancel order and never order again while they continue to use this company . avoid using if you want to stay in business”

“Carded 3 times despite being asked to leave parcels in front garden. I didn't actually receive any of the cards that the tracking said I'd received. Almost impossible to get through to anyone and when you do they are less than helpful. Finally delivered on the fourth day( I'm guessing by someone who could actually be bothered to turn up to my address). Just like a lot of others, I'd rather give them zero stars.”
“I can't believe that this company is still running. Tracking showed that they had left two cards,they hadn't.
Impossible to get hold of them by phone or e mail.
I have asked the seller to refund me.Will never buy anything from a seller who uses this firm.”
