“Received a link for an overnight delivery to track the parcel. This showed as at collection depot so I assumed I was just awaiting delivery.
After a couple of days and no delivery I emailed the customer services, again the next day. I have still had no reply to these emails a couple of days later.. not even a confirmation of receipt.
Phoned the customer service number this morning. The lady I got through to said the item hasn't reached the depot. I pointed out the status is collected at collection depot and she said yes but if you listen it hasn't reached the delivery depot, as if I should have known there were two involved!
As the company are now unable to do anything for me and I have to contact the provider, I suggested that their delivery system might work better if it flagged that the parcel had not reached the next location after some time (1 week). The lady then started getting more rude stating that she understood me getting frustrated and having an opinion but thats just my opinion. Errm no, thats a helpful suggestion for when you lost peoples deliveries!”

Absolostly appauling service can never get through to anyone on phone, when i called local depot 700 they said they cant give me updates as they are a franchise using xdps name; what kind of delivery service is this?
Ive been waiting over 5 days for my items and noone seems to know where they are! I am absolutely disgusted with the service recieved and will never recommend this company, have gone to watchdog, rogue traders and am loooking to take xdp to small claims court if my items still dont arrive; never again will i use xdp. I have never felt so angry about a delivery in my life and am going to take this very far.
Please get back to me and dont ask for consignment number as its at the top of the page.
Wish i read reviews before ordering what i did and checked the delivery service they were using.
Disgusted is the only word i can think of.”
“Very angry with this company waiting in all day yesterday as was told I would revive my parcel with a 3 hour time slot had no deliver then they reckon they posted a card through my door when they haven't been near my house at all, payed a lot of money for this parcel and they can't be bothered to deliver it or answer the phone, now they saying on my tracking they will deliver today with another 3 hour time slot so let's see,”

When called them to inquire all they where able to offer is to call me back sometime and at the end of conversation said "no problem"?!”

Trouble with this company for 3 weeks. Original order should have been delivered on a Wednesday, someone waited in all day, of course XDP were a no show and could not be bothered to make contact with either of the phone numbers they had or send an email to explain there was a problem. My daughter had to sleep on the floor as the bed did not arrive. Goods were dumped in my porch on the Thursday, packaging in a very poor state and the bed damaged. Replacement parts had to be ordered and unfortunately the bed company decided to use XDP again. The replacement parts were supposed to delivered on Friday 3rd October we were given a delivery slot of between 3.26 and 6.26. Needless to say XDP did not bother to show again and yet again failed to communicate there was a problem.
Eventually JENNIFER in the complaints department responded to my email, the replacement parts were rescheduled to be delivered on the Monday. Guess what XDP were a no show. Finally they were delivered on the Tuesday.
What a waste of time this courier company is.”

“wasnt even told when delivery date was, driver just turned up wednesday while i was at work, then was unwilling to wait 20mins and offered to come back on friday and gave me a number to contact and re arrange delivery. i got no answer so i left three messages and two emails stating for them to come on the friday. the next day (thursday) the same driver calls and says he is outside my house?! my mum was 5mins away luckily but he was unwilling to wait, i told him to leave the parcel inside by the main entrance. He texted me at 12.52 to say that the door was closed so couldnt leave it but would come back friday between 12-2(specified in the text message) my mother turned up a minute after that and found the door wide open. i took a day off the friday and waited until about 1.30 and called the driver only to find out he was going to be another 2 hours?! all the driver had to do was wait a few minutes on either of the previous days and we would have had the parcel by now. i have had no warning about any timings and when i told the driver that all he had to do was wait a few minutes and we could have avoided all this drama he shouted down the phone claimed that i should have been there in the first place and that the parcel will come when it comes and hung up on me!!!!how could i be blamed for something i have had no warning on?! the parcel never turned up”
“2nd time in 2 weeks that parcel left at wrong address; it required a signature and this wasn't sought, parcel left (in a safe, concealed place to be fair) but wrong house name, wrong village, wrong postcode. I made several efforts to contact XPD last time to get information to the depot/ driver but no feedback at all. Disappointing, I will make efforts to avoid them in the future.”
“This courier company will damage your company reputation with not respecting the time line and not advise anybody if they have issue, they will simply not deliver or put for delivery for any day they want. They have just 1 driver that do 1 area and if they have any issue, your delivery is simply screwed......
Look out there your client won t get any time slot or text message that give them the proximate delivery date.
It will cost you more in customer service and try to get trusted from your customer, and your reputation on-line can be ruined by a unprofessional courier,
The Manager at the Depot is simply useless and not trying to find solution, you have to find solution for him and is lying to you saying he can't reorganised your delivery the next day and you'll have to wait the following weeks......That's what I call a service.....”

“I really cannot believe the cheek of this email, as parcel was delivered to wrong address, half a mile up the road, driver was going to leave parcels (3 large parcels as delivery was a double bed frame) in front garden of 41 ermine street north when I live at 44 ermine street South! I had even emailed xdp to say I hadnt had delivery and they emailed back to say delivery should have been made in morning but if not would Be next day! World stores was supposed to have been sorting this matter out As we had to pay someone to collect parcels and deliver to us so requested delivery fee back but have had no joy with them as they are apparently talking to you! I have never come across such appalling customer service and will continue to pursue this matter as I am out of pocket financially. So therefore i think your delivery service is diabolical and worldstores customer service is the same and I will never use either of you again and have told numerous people about this matter so they don't make the same mistake. “Terrible Service!
I have had the misfortune of having parcels delivered by this company 3 times.
The first time they left a calling card and I couldn't get through to the number and no one replied to emails to re-arrange delivery. I had to end up contacting the company I bought the product through.
The second time the delivery was a week later than expected and after a few failed delivery attempts the items arrived damaged. This was supposed to be re-sent out to me but XDP just didnt bother re-delivering so I cancelled the order completely.
The third time XDP lost the parcel again it's now been 10 days since the item was due!”
