“By the time I went to open my back door to give access to my garden; the man was leaving the boxes outside the door on my neighbour's property; when I ask to leave inside my property; he went to the van and his wife wants me to sign the delivery; I try to make they understand that is not my property, and I refuse to sing while the boxes are outside my property; they gone.”
“Arrived with only one person to deliver some furniture. Parked 50 metres away from house when the drive was available and then asked my wife and 75 year old father in law to help carrying the furniture.”
“Appalling !!! Bought two beds from an eBay seller supposed to be delivered Thursday, then Friday and again yesterday, still no beds for my kids ! The tracking devices never work and they tell you to call back after office hours.. I just want my delivery how hard can it be ?!!!”
“Did not attempt delivery in the first time slot they sent me which I was advised the next day was because an agency driver had left depot with a load and returned after delivering one item saying 'he couldn't do this'. Delivered next day but only had 2 of the 3 packages. Driver Greg said he would go and get the third and did and delivered within 30 mins at end of day. Bless Greg in Stoke.”
