“Been trying to return a garden swing since 21st May and received MANY emails saying dates and times of collection- no one turned up on any of the dates. Now cannot take more days off work for several weeks so it’ll be taking up space in our garage and probably getting damp. Not my problem. I feel like charging storage costs. I’m not sure why this business is used when there are others who do the same. I should have known when the swing was delivered over two weeks late. Returning it has been worse.”

They state that they cannot find my address so I provided them with the directions but still no item. Groupon are rubbish at helping as well, just tell me to wait for it. “I received a communication from XDP that my parcel would be delivered between 1230-1430. At 0914 the tracking stated that it had been delivered........ it hadn't. They had uploaded a picture of the delivery note (open which the signature was not mine) and a picture of the property to which they had delivered - which was clearly not mine and I have no idea where it is! There is no way of contacting XDP so I have had to take the tortuous route of contacting the seller to request a refund..... all of which will take a considerable amount of time and I'll still be without my parcel.”
“Xpd app says that my bed has been delivered on 4th of june how can that be when i looked at tracking and it says that it is in delivery depot on the 5th of june i am still wating for it groupon said it would take 5_7 days it has been 8 days now but they also told groupon that my bed was delivered if it is such a great company why do they tell lies”
“I've received two deliveries so far. Both arrived close to the centre of the two hour slot given on the morning of my delivery days. The driver was polite and helpful on the first day but I could not be home on the second day. He left my parcel where my doorstep note told him to.
However, the tracking app. was useless. On the first day it kept telling me that the van was on drop no. 2 with 22 more to go before mine. I accessed the app. hourly but the message was the same, despite the van showing up all over the county. On the day of the second delivery a message gave me the delivery time slot but I was unable to access the app. anymore. I could not, therefore, advise that I would be out. Bit of a lash up! I would never chose to use this company.”
“I would give 0 stars if I could. XDP delivered a high value package ordered from Wayfair to the wrong address 100 metres down the road. There was no support to speak with so I spent 45 mins locating it myself. The package was 40kg in weight and I have bruises down my arm from carrying it 100 metres back to the correct address. This was all careless and unacceptable and I will never never order from anywhere that uses this company as a delivery partner again.”
“Worst company I've ever dealt with. They have sent 4 pre delivery alerts for 4 different days and nothing has arrived. I've wasted 2 days annual leave from work to ensure someone was in to receive the package. The tracking app is a waste of time and there is no way to contact the company other than being trapped in a constant loop or have the phone cut off after 10 minutes of waiting. Why on earth does Aldi use this company !!”

“Awful. Delivery slot given for Thursday afternoon, nothing arrived despite me arranging by day around their given slot. Friday morning my package had been delivered somewhere so spend the rest do the day trying to contact them. Can’t phone them, live chat doesn’t work and they don’t respond to emails.
Wayfair advised me that it had been delivered to the wrong place so they would try again Tuesday. Thursday to Tuesday? Why are companies using XDP?”

Ordered from Aldi now just want money back but Aldi say they have not got it so no refund. I can’t afford to be out of pocket by nearly £300.”
“I to was really worried about my delivery. The app tracked my order from Aldi from start to finish. It was delivered more or less on time from a very helpful delivery driver who carried it up the pathways and into the house as my husband wasn’t home and it was very heavy.”

“If I could leave minus stars I would. I have ordered several items from Aldi and each time they have been sent via XDP they have not arrived when scheduled. One driver even claimed he had tried to deliver and we weren’t in - we were and we have CCTV and a video doorbell. Don’t rely on them to do what they say as you will be let down.”
