Cant stand lies, not delivering is one thing, saying you tried to deliver when you didn't is a joke, unfortunately your ethics are poor and I hope I never have to deal with you again

This company are SHOCKING!!!!!!!! You cannot get through to speak to anyone, I have been trying to for 2 days. Waited in for 2 days for a delivery that hasn't arrived, I will never ever order anything that is linked to this delivery company again.

I was promised a delivery on Thursday 9th May. It is now the morning of Friday, no sign of my goods. As it was two packages, one got sent to the wrong delivery depot. Rather than telling me this, and letting me know they would not deliver Thursday, which they could have done. I was left to wait until after my 3:08pm - 5:08pm slot to then try and find out what happened to my delivery. Eventually the depot replied to my fourth email (the one that told them how bad I thought their service was!), to tell me what had happened. The depot staff surely knew this earlier, and one phone call to me, earlier in the day to inform me of the situation would have meant less stress for me, and now less stress this morning, as I try to find out where my goods are, and if they are going to bother to deliver it. I would have thought it would have been a bit of a priority this morning, but no, clearly not. Their number is engaged, probably dealing with everyone else they have let down. I have a least got through to the sellers, who are also trying to find out what is going on, but having the same luck I am having. At this rate, I am going to demand a refund, and go elsewhere for my stuff. Will check next time I order a big item, to ensure this delivery company is not the one dealing with my order. If I had checked the tracking information sooner, I might have been able to find out quicker, as it did state it had split, but I trusted and email and text telling me the delivery time. Plus is it the customers job to ensure that the company they are trusting to deliver their goods are doing their job correctly. No, I don't think it is.

never ever gave notice of delivery , arranged a day off for delivery on second attempt driver did not deliver and i lost a days wages then was told sorry but we can tell you a day when we will deliver it next but it MIGHT be tomorrow or the next day this company is a joke !!!

Horrendous. Package out for delivery twice before it went "missing". Can't see how anyone could misplace a full Patio furniture set!!! Contacted supplier and they dispatched replacement. 2 weeks on. Still sitting with XPD! Contacted them. No help what so ever. How XPD still in business is beyond me!

In future I'll avoid buying anything online where they use this mob for delivery. Awful experience. Phantom attempt at delivery, no evidence that they did. no card left to rearrange delivery. Tracking site gives no details to contact depot. General contact email that you get no reply from. Telephone number that's always engaged, or rings out, other numbers on website that don't work. They different experience to other companies like dpd.

Absolutely shocking customer experience. Surely XDP must be some sort of a scam? They certainly aren't a professional courier service provider. Any retailer using this shower to deliver their goods will suffer severe reputational damage.

Like many of the previous reviews I would have preferred the option of no stars ! Having just moved house we have had several deliveries in the last few weeks and this is the only courier to have let us down. They attempted to deliver without prior warning on two different days. We were unfortunately out. I contacted them to rearrange delivery and was given an early morning 2 hour slot. Not only did they not arrive during that time but at the end of the day I was told that the driver had completed his statutory hours so wouldn’t be coming. I rearranged for the next day by phone, stating that it would need to be a morning delivery since we were going away for a week. By 12.00 we’d had no delivery so had to go. En route I rang the manufacturer who was very apologetic and promised to either refund or rearrange delivery with another courier. I later received a call from XPD .... no apology until I asked for one. Avoid XPD at all costs ! .

Rude on the phone, driver moaned about the size of the packages which he then damaged bringing into the house, not a word of apology and reluctant to let me sign it as damaged

If I could give them no stars I would. 3 times told they would collect, 3 times they didnt turn up despite me staying in all day, no answer to emails, and to make things worse on their tracking page they say they tried to collect but no one was in. Liars. The make Yodel seem like UPS

I ordered a rattan corner sofa for garden from aldi on the 8th of april. Message from xdp the next day to say it had been picked up and would let me know when it reached my local depot. Heard nothing since tracking is pointless as it hasnt moved since 9th cant contact them and all aldi will say is its maybe got lost and ill have to re order when they become available again. Disgusted how do you lose a sofa !!

False promise of delivery never arrived, how do you survive as a business you are terrible have a look at all the reviews we cannot be wrong change your ways or go bankrupt....

Appalling customer service. No way of contacting them. The "Live chat button on the bottom of the screen" does not exist! How do businesses like this even exist anymore? Since 1995? It's a complete joke. I can't even fill in the "how did you communicate with the company" question below cause there was no way of communicating with them!!!

Shocking had two days off waiting for a delivery said it would b am delivery still not received rang and said delivery would be between 3 and five that afternoon now the next day and still waiting cannot get through to anyone today. Shocking service !!! The range needs to stop using these

A very poor service which didnt deliver on the scheduled day. It was also very difficult to actually contact this company when I was attempting to find out where my parcel was. No phone number or email on website. Tried to Live Chat but was basically told to call the depot and chat ended abruptly. No answer ever at the depot and driver was rude when he eventually turned up with my parcel two days later. Really would not recommend and will consider whether to buy from the same seller again if this is the courier they use.

Worst courier ever - avoid any company using this company Order bike from Sports Direct with fast delivery 1-3 days as needed urgently for training for forthcoming international races. Received SMS text and email would be delivered 17/4, 3-5pm, waited in all day and no delivery - although they claim they attempted delivery. Same again the next day and yet again the same today - although I have been sitting in the front garden in the sun by my front door all day !!! They are blatant liars, I also have witnesses that no delivery attempts were made on any of the days as we are having work done so someone was in the front all day every day! We are the only property at this postcode so no error can be made and you would clearly see a van pulling up. Have emailed twice - no replies! I will be taking this matter further as they should not be allowed to operate like this and reading some of the other reviews this is their common practice and much worse, I urge others to do the same to stop them operating in such a manner.

Absolutely horrendous!! I will never order from Aldi again while they are using this company! 3 times over the past week I have waited in for my rattan corner sofa to be told on two occasions that it wasn’t even put in the lorry cause it was too big. I was then promised on the 3rd day that it would definitely come. We waited in all day for it to once again not turn up! And can’t contact anyone as it’s the weekend and no one is there. Angry doesn’t even come close to how I’m feeling right now. The depot isn’t even that far away from where I live. Unfortunately you can’t give 0 stars on here, it doesn’t deserve the 1 star I had to give to write my review.
