Unbelievable BAD delivery service!!!! We have been given the run around and so has the actual company who were unfortunate to choose XPD as their courier. If I was aware that the company I ordered goods from used XPD as their courier and had seen these reviews first I would NOT have bothered ordering. In future I will check with companies I order from who their courier is and if it turns out to be XPD I will NOT order from that company. Despite text messages and emails stating specific delivery times a delivery has never appeared. I know we are in Covid-19 situation and there may be some delays. BUT XPD managed to delivery the first parcel we ordered albeit 3 days late but the second parcel has never turned up it is now 2 weeks later. I suspect they've lost the parcel and aren't honest enough to say so! BE WARNED

Where to start? Started by failing to get in touch to arrange delivery even though they were provided with email and TWO mobile numbers. Their idea of a “delivery” is to dump over £800 worth of kit on the front garden and drive off just leaving it there? Luckily my wife is a very honest person or they now be struggling to provide a POD. Only delivered half the order then failed TWICE to deliver the remainder despite promising it was being delivered next day.....what they actually meant was next, next, next day as it took them 3 more days to deliver an overnight parcel. They lie, they dump deliveries on your doorstep and drive off.....they are, pretty much, the single worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. Incompetent, dishonest, unprofessional. They actually make YODEL look good! They only got one star as you HAVE to put something in there. Avoid at all costs or suffer the consequences.

Shocking service driver deliberately hid the fact that they had damaged the goods at some stage since collecting it from the supplier. How can anybody use a dishonest service like these guys. My advise is to stay well clear of them and if your supplier intends to use them SHOP ELSWHERE

Shocking service still waiting on a delivery which was supposed to be delivered on Sunday. Tracking has not been updated

For the second time we did not received our parcel despite trackin app showing it delivered. The proof of delivery photo is blank. The fake signature photo was added today only (3 days diffenerce, date and time of upload visible in the app) after I tried several times to contact them. Please note we have two Ring cameras outside out home, there was no delivery attempt on marked day and time, we checked recordings for the whole day. Previous package was brought two days after delivery date, after several complaints to the sender. Parcel was dropped on the doorstep by courier who then run away without ringing the doorbel or knocking, also the box was already open then crudely glued back. The guy literally tossed it on the doorstep before running to the van, all recorded.on our and neighbors Ring camera. As the same thing happened now, it is clearly showing that they have thieves in their team. I have no other option but to report the forgery of my signature and theft to the authorities.

Would not even give them 1 star . Still waiting on my order . The company I ordered from can’t even get info . They charge 7p a minute including your provider charge to be told they can’t help and go through the company you ordered from . If the company you order from use this service don’t buy from them . Shocking service .

Dreadful. I receive a message 20 minutes before the delivery time to inform me of the hour time range, but 8 minutes before then the driver texts that he couldn't find the address. I text back and am indicated a later delivery time, so I arrange to be in. Nothing. I get in touch, and am told the next morning, and will get a message about time just before 9am. I cancel an appointment to be in. Just after 7 am I get an email to tell me they were unable to deliver. I cannot seem to even get into their tracking system. Disgusting.

Didn’t arrive for a collection that I waited all day for. Cancelled before without telling me until after the collection window. Check out everyone else’s reviews, they should be closed down

I ordered garden furniture from Aldi, xdp holds my parcel from 9th of September, so far 5 days in transit no sign of parcel, no updates, disappointed

XDP were supposed to be delivering a PC I had bought from Aldi for £450. I received an email and an SMS message at 11am yesterday confirming that it would be delivered with an ETA between 4.45pm and 6.45pm yesterday. Two men in a rented Enterprise van arrived at 7.30pm last night, rummaged in their van for a few minutes before knocking at my door announcing that they didn't appear to have my parcel and were going to return to the previous delivery address. They then disappeared and did not come back. It subsequently transpired that the delivery men marked the parcel as having been delivered on XDP's online track and trace system even though this is patently untruthful. I attempted to telephone them on the number I was eventually able to find on the internet only to find it is disconnected. I emailed them at their customer support email address and trackingupdates email address but have received no reply save for an automated reply that they may get back to me within 3 to 5 working days. I have contacted Aldi customer care to look into this, meanwhile I am without the computer which was clearly dispatched, purely due to the incompetence of this courier service - DO NOT USE! If I could have given them less that one star I would have done.

You can't contact them, no sign of my product. no knowing when it will show up! Why are companies using XPD? If you can, ring your bank and get them to get your money back. Let's hope they go bankrupt and stop letting people down, and conning us hard working folk. I'll never use these (XPD) again. I'm ringing trading standards in the morning. Sting the b*states and get shut of bogus companies! **** Apparently you can track your order. I've tried that, however the order number (or product number) I have for my product is not even recognised! As I say please try and get your refunds sooner rather than later.

I have ordered a piece of furniture from Objekts who use XDP as the delivery company (or their supplier does) and I've had nothing but trouble with this order. First of all, no notification was sent to advise of the delivery window - you have to keep checking the tracking website and hope it's updated (it takes a long while). In the first instance they delivered only one box (out of 3) and the driver, when challenged, shrugged and said he only has the one box and maybe the other 2 boxes are with another driver. When I checked the tracker it said that ALL BARCODES were scanned and delivered (there were three barcodes for the 3 packages making up the order) which was wrong! Only one arrived. I tried contacting XDP straight away - on the phone there is a messages saying they will not speak to anyone regarding order status unless you have an account with them. I then sent them an email - never had any response. I then emailed the furniture supplier and finally they said the other two boxes are still in the deliver depot and will be out for the delivery soon. 3 days later the order finally left the depot and the 2 hour delivery window was assigned. We had to stay in to wait for the delivery but the delivery window came and went and nothing arrived. No message to explain why, no update on the tracker. This is now 6 days since the first of the boxes was delivered and after reading all the reviews here - all from this week no less - I have a sinking feeling that we are also in for a battle to get out piece of furniture finally delivered. Their lack of customer service response is appalling in this day and age, I don't know why anyone would choose to use them. If you can provide me with an update and a guaranteed delivery slot when the drivers ACTUALLY turn up - that would be much appreciated.

So many bad reviews of this company’s service why are folk still using them. I have the same issues with this company. Failed delivery’s so they claim , driver never even showed up! Lost items . This outfit has to be the worst out there!! Let’s see what Watchdog has to say about this shower !!

I guess this bloody company has developed a thick skin to bad reviews. My whole day was wasted yesterday waiting for them to pick up returns to Aldi. Why can’t these trade companies stop using this people, it’s not worth it, no matter how cheap they may be. I can’t think of any reason why people should use them, they are unprofessional and never bother to update you about not showing up. Utterly useless lot.
