“I ordered with Wayfair a table and chairs. I was supposed to receive them beginning of June. We are 27 June and I have not received them yet. they update their tracker online and communicate to us on their website few hours before they will come.
They do not respect it otherwise that would be too handy. I had to take afternoons off, leave the office running and wait for them. They never came or can not prove they came. Then, you received an email telling you they missed you. You can not change the delivery address at all. I called their customer service (many times) some are nice, some are extremely rude. In a nutshell, if you can, avoid them at all cost. very bad company.”

Rank amateur service, quite frankly don't understand why companies use them, twice this has happened now when buying large items from Aldi (obviously not their fault) . “Absolutely appalling service!!! I have been waiting 3 weeks for my 48 hour delivery parcel which was needed for my cancer suffering brother. XDP says item was delivered scanned and closed, which is clearly was not and they can not track it down, as the item was bought on Ebay, the supplier, Ebay and Pay Pal have also been no help leaving me £130 out of pocket. The XDP web site is shocking, no numbers to call or helpline and the webchat will take you over and hour and a half to get through on with no help what so ever.
DO NOT USE THEM, they are a criminal outfit not fit to be trading.”

“Appalling. I received a text saying my item would be delivered on Tuesday between 12.58 and 14.58. I was a bit surprised as it was supposed to be by arrangement but, as I was home anyway, it was not a real issue. I should have known better.
I waited until 15.30 but no one came and their tracking service was not updating.
This morning my item showed as delivered. As it is a bed, it would be difficult to miss. I contacted them via live chat and at first they said there was a signature then said they couldn't do anything about it, the seller would have to file a claim.
Had they said they'd lost it, I would have been annoyed but would have understood but, in this case their driver stole it and forged a signature but they won't do anything.”
“I ordered a shower tray from bathroom.com they used XDP to deliver. As I have read in other reviews XDP send a message to give a time slot for delivery, which I received. I took time off work to guarantee I would be home to receive the delivery and of course it didn't arrive. emailed XDP and no answer, fortunately I had the next day off and the parcel arrived in the time slot but 24hrs late. However the delivery driver was trying to deliver the shower tray three houses away from my address. its not rocket science to read a delivery address. To add to the XDP drama it arrived cracked on one corner so totally useless. now I'm sure bathrooms.com don't send out damaged shower trays. Bathrooms.com were excellent they sent a replacement next day delivery, but as you can guess it didn't arrive XDP used the excuse it didn't arrive at their depot on time for next day delivery, so why for 1. didn't they inform me it was going to be late. 2. obviously XDP don't do next day delivery unlike every other courier service in the UK. I normally don't bother writing reviews but XDP were informed by myself and bathrooms.com this needed to be delivered on time as I was leaving for France and was taking the shower tray with me.
