“I am disabled and a woman living alone with my daughter, I had to furniture delivered two days in a row and I live on the first floor. The driver told me they didn't deliver upstairs but on seeing I would never be able to lift the boxes he carried all 10 up over the 2 days. he was so helpful and really kind. This driver RAJ went out of his way to help me and didn't complain. In fact on the second day I never even had to ask him to bring up the boxes he just did it. Brilliant company.

“Avoid these guys at all costs!
The parcel has been sitting 8 days at depot and they only just realised because I have emailed them.
Despite promising me yesterday:
"Apologies for the delay in delivery - I have scheduled your delivery for tomorrow"
They have now told me they can not deliver as the parcel requires two people for delivery. Why have they only realised this 8 days later after a email from myself. On top of this they are not providing a new estimated delivery date.
Also no one picks up the phone. Avoid”
“The worst courier service I have ever had the misfortune of using. Never stick to days or times, do not leave a card even though they lie and say on their tracking site that they do. Lost count of the phone calls and emails I had to make chasing them. Then despite actually talking to the courier myself and organising a time, he still dumped it - damaged- on my garden 2 hours before the time we had agreed! Of course it was broken and needed to go back, so the whole cat and mouse game started all over again. Stressful was an understatement! Awful service. Avoid at all costs. How are they still in business?”
“Awful service. Waited for a bed for three hours. No contact. No communication. Took half the day off. We left after a long wait. Called all their contact numbers...not available or just kept ringing. We get a call at half 9 in the evening when the bed should have been dropped by 6pm!! Saying they were outside. They just left the bed outside!!!!”
“Complete and utter shambles of a company, i cannot see how such a shower of s**t business can possibly survive, been waiting on a delivery that i paid an extra £40.00 for a Sat delivery for 5 days now... No one answer's there phones and they ask for your post code and phone number to call you back.
I have left my details on several occasions and not once have i received a call back.
Total disgrace and an embarrassment to British Industry!”
“Absolutely shocking service, if u can call it a service.
The tracking said 10-12 except the driver never put it on the van and conveniently never told anybody so was still on the warehouse floor at 7pm.
Their contract must be delivery if possible when we remember.”
“Sat in my house all all day. Delivery was meant to be between 1.20pm nd 3.20pm. After giving up hope that i will not be getting my package today i went back onto the xdp website to track it only to find that although i have been sat in the hall way right next to my front door that some how it was now saying carded. I am not sure what that is suppose to mean as there was no card through my door. Very very disappointed to say the least.”

“Bad experience is understating the issue. Do NOT use this Company. Their cusstomer Service Dept is useless. Parcels do not get delivered, do not take any notice of the tracking information because the drivers do not turn up. Customer Services dont talk or call back Worst freight company on the planet. Leave them well alone!! Shame there is not a ZERO to add to their rating, or even - ZERO”
“Ordered from Wayfair and XPD managed to lose my delivery meaning another one got sent out and a delay of 3 days. I am lucky I got the item when they eventually gave me a time slot and it did arrive within it. I am not happy they lost my original item though.”
“I would not even give this company one star. I really am not sure if the positive feedbacks here are true or they give themselves these feedbacks. Zero customer service skills over the phone. They make me wait at home all day with excuses such as the driver stuck in the traffic, followed by an e-mail saying the driver has indicated he tried to make a delivery to you but was unable. Of course, he was unable as he never got to mine! Never trust a company that lies in your face!”

“Ordered through a online retailer for a chest of drawers on the 26th december. It was advertised my item would arrive lastest 2nd January. I rang and apparently XPD had lost my item. The item then got replaced and sent out I am expected to receive the item today apparently and I am now worried after reading reviews they will either pretend they have delivered it or wont turn up. It will be interesting to see.”
“What went wrong is that the company I purchased wardrobes from decided to use XDP couriers who are absolutely useless. They tell you they have tried to deliver when they so obviously haven't,then they rearrange a second delivery and mess you about for hours and hours.Idid eventually speak to the delivery driver who suggested I might like to meet up and collect the wardrobe myself (I have a small saloon car) what a cheek after making me wait so long DO NOT USE XDP if you value your sanity.”
“I have never known a delivery company like this in my life. You cant arrange a delivery date they can just appear whenever suits them....I work full time! So what do they do turn up with no contact and harass my elderly neighbour 3 doors away to hold onto a solid oak chest of drawers for me - I was mortified...... then throw a torn piece of paper through my door stating "with number 31". To make matters worse the furniture is damaged and to get a replacement same delivery process - awful !! This was all ordered through a reputable company as well..!!! why they use this delivery service for their business I do not understand ..!!”
