“Epicly horrendous at everything. They can't deliver anything to anywhere on time and when you try call them they NEVER answer the phone. They must have a depot full to the brim of peoples deliveries and their employees sat around scratching their rear ends.
For the love of God and all that is Holy do NOT use XDP for anything. They are as much use as a black highlighter pen....in the dark!!!”
“Shocking service. I waited in all day Monday as expected delivery. Did not show but emailed me to say they came but no one in!
Rearranged for today, I waited in all day again and another no show!
No explanation, nothing. Two full days I’ve wasted sitting in waiting! Not at all happy!”
“Second poor experience with this company. If I had known the retailer was using XDP, I would not have made the purchase. The website I bought from offered a choice of delivery days. I chose Wednesday so I would be at home all day. Tuesday morning, XDP call, want to deliver that day. I told them it would have to be Wednesday as planned. Five minutes after the call, I get a text message saying the goods were out for delivery today. Called the number in the message, no response. No online tracking info given, and no card left - so no idea if they tried. No delivery on Wednesday as expected. On Thursday, fortunately I was at home at lunchtime - guess who turned up?? Driver was non-communicative, apart from swearing a lot about his van - which was old, very dirty, accident damaged and had the side door tied shut with a tow rope. I had to help him unload the packages. Fair enough, they were heavy - but that wasn't expected. Don't send out one-man crews with consignments they can't handle. XDP are not a professional operation - please avoid.”

Was supposed to have a parcel on 28th!! However, nothing till 30th when was supposed to get delivered 3-5 pm! It’s 7 pm and nothing has arrived!! No phone number provided and poor costumer Service!!!”

“BE AWARE!! IT IS A SCAM! I received ETA! Nobody show up all day. I was advice by sender that next they will be for sure as they call them. I call as well. Same story! 100% it will be deliver. Nothing happened! They said for me that on first day driver was feel unwell and have to go to hospital, for sender they said that he had an accident. Its just lie lie lie!! Them rating on facebook its 1 out of 5! It`s looks i`m not alone! Don`t USE THIS COMPANY! Don`t buy from any company that use them service! And one more... tracking system is useless and customer service not exist at ALL! How they are in business? Is nobody control them?”
“Surely XDP must try really hard to be this bad? It can't be just luck. I ordered furniture. First tracking notification they sent showed they had already tried to deliver the previous day. Then I had a call from the driver saying he couldn't find the house, his satnav had sent him miles away - but he would try again today. 10 minutes later, same driver calls back to say actually it can't be today as my parcels were in another part of the depot. Few days later, get a call from someone else - arrange delivery for Monday. I make sure someone can be in the house all day. No delivery. Same guy calls back, very apologetic, arranges delivery for Friday. On THURSDAY, they attempted to deliver - no one home. Same guy, promises to call when he can rearrange something. No call received. No more delivery updates. Then a few days later a missed call from the driver, with a message he couldn't find the house. Called back, but had already left the area. Wasn't prepared to be messed around anymore, so I contacted the furniture store who gave me a refund and had the goods redirected back to them. The bit about not finding the house is rubbish - it is an older house on a very major road - every satnav can go right to it (we frequently have courier deliveries from different companies without problems). And I recognise that sticking to a 2 hour slot might be difficult... but at least keep to the same day. Fortunately there is a choice - I strongly recommend to look elsewhere if you need a delivery service to represent your business.”
“A pattern seems to be appearing here! I had an email to say the delivery would be on one day, tried to ring nothing as I was at work ,emailed asking to leave with neighbour no reply. The tracking device said failed to deliver ,yet no card or any sign of them.. Today at 8;30 whilst at work ,another email saying delivery between 10;43-13;43 ,tried 5 times to speak to someone ,left a message every time for a call back ,emailed 4 different addresses without reply, This company is a disgrace ,if ever I see their name linked with any future deliveries of mine I will cancel the order !XDP improve your customer service”
“No 2 hr time slot given. Tracking wasn't working. Couldn't get a reply on the number given. Left a message with customer service who didn't get back to me. Waited all day and then got an email to say the driver couldn't deliver so put a card through the door, however no card was left.”
“xdp emailed me to say my parcel was on route 82 and would be delivered 24th November 17 between 14.07 and 16.07pm. NO DELIVERY and on their tracking system it says my parcel is now at the delivery depot WHY???? Have sent three emails and nobody has had the courtesy to let me know what has happenned. Last time this courier was meant to deliver to me they said my address was non existent because it did not appear in the drivers sat nav I had to talk them to my door and in the emails sent this time I have givem them instructions again. Had a known the seller was using them I would not have made my purchase.”
“Awful company douing a lot of ebay work. ordered a bed and was meant to come Tuesday. Now Friday. I have had two long and fruitless conversations with the receptionist who cant offer any answers. They won't deliver to a designated place at your home, they wont deliver to the neighbour, despite asking me to email with permission, they wont deliver to my work 5 miles away and to boot they can never find the address anyway! receptionist is at best disinterested, at worst just rude”
“PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT WILL RUIN YOUR BUSINESS. I ordered a product from ebay I took 2 days off work. I was promised that the items would be there on time the tracking stated Monday between 11-4 I didn't move no items arrived. Tuesday I checked again stated items would be delivered 11-2 stayed in all day nothing came . I rang XDP they said oh the driver thought you were on holidays I said where did he get this information from and why would I buy a product and go on holidays (it was 2 bedside tables and a dresser they couldn't just squeeze this through the letter box) I then said well why didn't the driver ring me he has my number it all seemed too suspicious . I asked for the drivers number and they said yes and guess what it wasn't the drivers number it was a chippy in Bradford who specialised in battered sausages I mean you couldn't make it up. I then emailed the person who sold me the items and he confirmed that the items would be there that evening stayed in twitching the curtains and guess what no XDP delivery. The next morning the same thing again they will be here 100 % stayed in till 1pm no delivery. 5 years on ;)no delivery no sorry no nothing no holidays left the list goes on. Please do not use this company if you are a business you would have a better chance asking a elephant to deliver your item from Thailand than these guys .”
“Received an email from the supplier with a tracking link and a 3day delivery window 10 days beforehand. No further contact from courier.Happened to check the tracking web site around lunchtime and found that my delivery was due within a few hours. Courier turned up knocked on door leaving me to move 2 large boxes that he left blocking my front door whilst he got the third. He barely said 2 words to me but from the other revews it seems we were lucky to get our delivery.”
“Ordered bed on Tuesday for wedsnesday delivery told would be here between 2 and 4pm no show. Phoned on 3 occasions to be told not to worry it's still out for delivery. Wednesday no show or contact to say sorry.
Phoned Thursday to be told will be with me between 2 and 4pm again no show even after several phone conversations.
Phoned on Friday and told not left the depot today. But promised a call on Saturday morning with delivery time for pre 12 delivery on Saturday as there fault.
Got phone call on Saturday to say would be with me between 4 and 6pm. When queried saying promised pre 12 got told yes sorry my mistake it will be with you. Still no show at 12.15 I have now got no bed to sleep on and currently have paid for someone to make it for me as 37 weeks pregnant and the stress this has put me under is causing no amount of trouble.
Why would you ever use this company I have no idea. Promise after promise and nothing to show but a charge to me for making something that's not turned up also the amount of phone calls I have made to be told lie after lie about when it will be here. Think the baby will turn up before the bed”
“Was informed item would arrive on Thursday as purchased on Wednesday with next day delivery. So took annual holiday. Received email saying goods out for delivery and would arrive between 13:09 and 15:09. Item never arrived, email local depot twice for update, nothing back, then had to cancel evening out, emailed customer service. It is now 19:59. No delivery and no response to any attempt to get an update. Thus so far one days holiday down and a ruined evening. Still no idea what is happening. All this after paying for a service that was not delivered. Why do retailers use such a company when there are others far better. Will probably refuse goods and buy on amazon with prime next day delivery as usually very good.”
