No 2 hr time slot given. Tracking wasn't working. Couldn't get a reply on the number given. Left a message with customer service who didn't get back to me. Waited all day and then got an email to say the driver couldn't deliver so put a card through the door, however no card was left.

xdp emailed me to say my parcel was on route 82 and would be delivered 24th November 17 between 14.07 and 16.07pm. NO DELIVERY and on their tracking system it says my parcel is now at the delivery depot WHY???? Have sent three emails and nobody has had the courtesy to let me know what has happenned. Last time this courier was meant to deliver to me they said my address was non existent because it did not appear in the drivers sat nav I had to talk them to my door and in the emails sent this time I have givem them instructions again. Had a known the seller was using them I would not have made my purchase.

Awful company douing a lot of ebay work. ordered a bed and was meant to come Tuesday. Now Friday. I have had two long and fruitless conversations with the receptionist who cant offer any answers. They won't deliver to a designated place at your home, they wont deliver to the neighbour, despite asking me to email with permission, they wont deliver to my work 5 miles away and to boot they can never find the address anyway! receptionist is at best disinterested, at worst just rude

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT WILL RUIN YOUR BUSINESS. I ordered a product from ebay I took 2 days off work. I was promised that the items would be there on time the tracking stated Monday between 11-4 I didn't move no items arrived. Tuesday I checked again stated items would be delivered 11-2 stayed in all day nothing came . I rang XDP they said oh the driver thought you were on holidays I said where did he get this information from and why would I buy a product and go on holidays (it was 2 bedside tables and a dresser they couldn't just squeeze this through the letter box) I then said well why didn't the driver ring me he has my number it all seemed too suspicious . I asked for the drivers number and they said yes and guess what it wasn't the drivers number it was a chippy in Bradford who specialised in battered sausages I mean you couldn't make it up. I then emailed the person who sold me the items and he confirmed that the items would be there that evening stayed in twitching the curtains and guess what no XDP delivery. The next morning the same thing again they will be here 100 % stayed in till 1pm no delivery. 5 years on ;)no delivery no sorry no nothing no holidays left the list goes on. Please do not use this company if you are a business you would have a better chance asking a elephant to deliver your item from Thailand than these guys .

Received an email from the supplier with a tracking link and a 3day delivery window 10 days beforehand. No further contact from courier.Happened to check the tracking web site around lunchtime and found that my delivery was due within a few hours. Courier turned up knocked on door leaving me to move 2 large boxes that he left blocking my front door whilst he got the third. He barely said 2 words to me but from the other revews it seems we were lucky to get our delivery.

Ordered bed on Tuesday for wedsnesday delivery told would be here between 2 and 4pm no show. Phoned on 3 occasions to be told not to worry it's still out for delivery. Wednesday no show or contact to say sorry. Phoned Thursday to be told will be with me between 2 and 4pm again no show even after several phone conversations. Phoned on Friday and told not left the depot today. But promised a call on Saturday morning with delivery time for pre 12 delivery on Saturday as there fault. Got phone call on Saturday to say would be with me between 4 and 6pm. When queried saying promised pre 12 got told yes sorry my mistake it will be with you. Still no show at 12.15 I have now got no bed to sleep on and currently have paid for someone to make it for me as 37 weeks pregnant and the stress this has put me under is causing no amount of trouble. Why would you ever use this company I have no idea. Promise after promise and nothing to show but a charge to me for making something that's not turned up also the amount of phone calls I have made to be told lie after lie about when it will be here. Think the baby will turn up before the bed

Was informed item would arrive on Thursday as purchased on Wednesday with next day delivery. So took annual holiday. Received email saying goods out for delivery and would arrive between 13:09 and 15:09. Item never arrived, email local depot twice for update, nothing back, then had to cancel evening out, emailed customer service. It is now 19:59. No delivery and no response to any attempt to get an update. Thus so far one days holiday down and a ruined evening. Still no idea what is happening. All this after paying for a service that was not delivered. Why do retailers use such a company when there are others far better. Will probably refuse goods and buy on amazon with prime next day delivery as usually very good.

Waited in all day to be infromed the house number wasn't on my items, contacted the sender (large company) they assured me no items would leave them without a house number and my house number was on my items.

Had a delivery slot that I waited in for. I phoned XPD on 4 occasions and was told not to worry and they still never showed up. It was a new bed delivery so disposed of the old bed, so nothing to sleep on. NOT HAPPY

I was advised of a delivery date 2nd Nov... Took annual leave. Chased by 330pm, no one between seller company or courier taking responsibility... 'we don't have your goods' they should have been delivered on a 24overnight service... This is now Sunday... Oh we will phone you' nothing... 'The goods are still in Telford'. They should have been in Aberdeen by Wednesday for delivery Thurs. Loss of time and income for me... Rediculous service, no taking ownership and no follow up. 'our hands are Tied at the mercy of the couriers' doesn't help either!! Will never use the seller Company again as they claim they have never had this problem before! Take them off the road!!!

My parcel never arrived. In response to 2 emails I took 2 successive days off work to wait in for it. They say they tried to deliver it but I am absolutely sure this is untrue because I was indoors within earshot of the front door all day on both days (I did not even visit the dustbins, the garden or go upstairs). There was also a man working in the front garden the whole time that they would have to pass to get to my door. We DID see 2 other callers so where were XDP? They replied to my email query after my first day of waiting but then failed to respond to my telephone message. Shocking service - forced me to take 2 days off for nothing, lied to me and I still don’t have my parcel.

Impossible to reach by phone. You have around 5 seconds to record a message and although I did manage once to leave my number, no call back. Goods 'out for delivery' on two subsequent days, didn't arrive. Online tracking a complete joke. Avoid like the plague! Without doubt the worse experience in more than 35 years of dealing with couriers either privately or commercially. They were considered for use by my businesses recently. They've been struck off the list. I have no desire to see my customers go through the aggravation I went through. I'd soon lose business using those idiots!

Got a text to confirm the delivery slot with a contact number, called customer services and asked if they could get the courier to call me when he was 20 minutes away, they said they would put the request to the courier. Courier did call me when he was 20 minutes away and was on my doorstep on time. Excellent service and would be happy to use again.

I had a delivery slot for 4.39 to 6.39 and it's now 7pm and no delivery and no contact to say where it is. I have not left the house during this time period and now it is after hours so I can't contact anyone about it. Wish I had seen these reviews before choosing bedzrus as they use this supplier. Definitely won't be using xpd again if I can help it.

This company should be minus stars. Failed delivery, no answer to 5 left messages and 3 emails. Absolutely useless. If my bed doesn't arrive today I will be seeking a refund, seller also useless which doesn't help. Avoid this company at all costs, I was shocked sitting here reading other reviews. They should be put out of business .

This has to be the most hideous courier company I have ever dealt with. We have been lied to about deliveries from them over 5 times. They say came but we will be home all day and no one arrived. We've been told they would deliver at one time and they arrive hours afterwards. Their Bridgend office said they would come the next day and when contacted the next day they said they wouldn't be sending out. I will never use this company again and will not buy from anyone who does. A disgrace to even call yourselves couriers.

Estimated delivery was 13th October. I had a delivery which consisted of two boxes. They delivered one box to my address on the 14th and the other to a wrong address. They then picked it up from the wrong address and instead of bringing it to me they brought it back to the depot. The latest tracking update says it has been at the depot since 18th October. I emailed them to see what was going on with my missing package and I was provided with the depot number. I've many times at different times of the day and nobody answered. They then informed me that it wasn't at the warehouse although tracking update said it was. They told me to ask supplier for replacement but it isn't the suppliers fault they delivered it to the wrong address then lost my package, it's XDPs fault! Now they are not replying to my emails. Apparently driver came to deliver and nobody was here. Problem is 3 people home all day......Tried to contact depot, can't find contact details. Called head office - they are busy and will call back, they haven't. Don't know what ever happened to my item......still waiting after several days.
