I made few purchases on this website and I am always very happy with the way the products are described and the shipment times. I also get to use a special 10% discount on all the products by using my Millemiglia card discount, and in many occasion you also get free shipments. Stock is all original and the brands in Yoox are usually top range!

Doubtful about using Yoox never heard of them before. Ordered Maxmara shirt a quality item but was not suitable. Looked at reviews on returns but kept open mind. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a speedy refund.

I was a customer of YOOX for three years and made a number of purchases. I recently purchased a pair of shoes that were shown as a size 13 on their site. It was a last item purchase. When I received the shoes, they were clearly not a size 13 (too small). When I looked at the box, the size was covered in black marker and there was a sticker with 12 on it instead. I sent pictures of the box and shoes to YOOX Support, and they said the size was correct and there was nothing they could do. How could they determine the size without the shoes and why was the size covered by black marker on the box? As a long standing and active customer, I was surprised by their response. I am no longer a customer.

Yoox site is a joke!! Before They start a SALE they double the price of the items and then put 75% off šŸ˜‚ you think people are dumb. I put items in dream box and next day i recieved email there is 70% SALE on yoox when i opened the site i saw prices changed of the things i saved im dream box. Even more than before sale!! Why cheat ? Yoox used to be great site but mow looks like greedy people sitting behind it and playing with prices !! Very sad and unreliable

Very disappointed in the quality of shoes, and Boots,I bought. Had to return them , and cost me about Ā£10 each time. Just waste of money. The last pair I bought I couldnā€™t even put on, so badly design my foot got stuck half way through.

No return policy whatsoever! Whatever you buy from them, you are stuck with it! Even if it doesn't fit you. They never respond to emails and to me at least, they sent no verification email, so I didn't have an order number. Who can I complain to?

Appauling company...do not waste your money...they sent me boots that had been worn with dirt on the sole in a filthy box...sent 8 emails and rang customer services (in Albania ) I'm in uk they hadn't got a clue about anything...the boots were Ā£58 and they offered me Ā£6 refund..I have to arrange for UPS to come and pick them up which is another major headache..the boots are cheap thin plastic and the sole is rubber...dont waste your money Asos is better quality

Items are misrepresented and advertised, incorrectly. Merchandise is sent in crushed and torn boxes, placed haphazardly in shipping crates without any padding and unsecured. I purchased final sale boots in which the sizing was not advertised correctly or accurately, sent in a crushed and cut up box, and placed, unsecured, in a large shipping crate which caused the boots to fall out of their box and arrive strewn about in the shipping crate. When I addressed this with customer service I was told it wasn't their problem and they were not taking responsibility, that according to their "investigation" the item was as pictured and described, which was absolutely false. Made no mention of the condition of the box or how the item was shipped, for which I provided pictures. What an awful company and shopping experience. Waste of money.

One of the most unfortunate instances of shopping online I have ever had since shopping online became popular. You stop com recently sent me an order that I did not expect nor wanted instead of receiving my strategic Italian ankle sueboots that I ordered and paid for I got a pair of old beaten up worn filthy dirty. Sneakers sized 12. I took pictures and sent everything to Luke's the investigated. If the waiting for these boots for over a month it was, they were clearly stolen by someone who works in the warehouse, replacing the shoes on their feet. The filthy sneakers from my booties. They refuse to believe this incident and have sent me an email stating that they are sending me back. These filthy disgusting pathetic dirty horrible sneakers. I'm not refunding my money. I will never shop with this company again. I do not recommend them. The custom is service is awful. You can barely understand them and there. They will not allow you to speak to a manager of somebody in quality. I never gotta call back from the manager. As one of the customers, services said they would have. Someone call me into 3 hours. Never got the call back. I got only an email stating. They were sending me back these filthy f****** sneakers that were not even mine. This is what I get for being a long time. Customer for 6 years in spending thousands of dollars. They do not care about their customers do not order from this company

Their customer service is only there to explain they have no intention of serving you. This is what they say The order cannot be canceled once the dispatch has been initiated. However, once the Products have been dispatched, and you wish to cancel the order, please reach out to the Customer Support and request for order cancellation. We will put our best effort to avoid attempting a delivery I tried to cancel 4 different times through email, their website social media and PayPal. would not cancel the order sent it to the wrong address -

These guys are terrible with refunds. Received part of my order and that was two months ago and still ā€œit is under investigation with a separate departmentā€ - they basically want me to give up and forget about my money, but Iā€™ll keep chasing them every month of every year if I have to. And if they didnā€™t know, thatā€™s an investment for a court case with backdated payments.

Just received my order The item was multiply used with knots on it , the tags were missing, replaced by a tag printed by YOOX. It strongly smells detergent Being a costumer for 15 ys , there are a couple of times lately I have been dissatisfied Very disappointed with the last experience

very bad customer service experience, ordered shoes and the next day they where offered at a huge discount. they advised me to return the shipment and order them again to get the discount. they would allow me get the discount as a customer service. stay away from ordering at yoox.
