“After reading the reviews I was very worried about my order. But I was pleasantly surprised, the response from their customer service was almost instant, shipped a second working day after I placed my order and took a day to arrive (I am in Slovenia, delivered from Italy) I ordered the Buffalo boots and they are definitely genuine as I have another pair, therefore I know. Came with original packaging. It was my first purchase and I am very pleased. It’s a pity I can’t leave a review on their website.”

Customer service is outstanding, shipping is fast and I never had a problem returning and receiving a refund. I would love for YOOX to give some measurements for Waist and Bust I often have to return an Item because it is either to big or to small. “Yoox (Netaporter) probably has multiple corp. bodies around the world. And every seems holding different reliability standards. The coolest part is that they use very cheap international shipping not requiring extra toll. When ordering from Nordstrom in Japan, the toll makes the cost unbearable. Not the case with Yoox. The shipping time is much faster than from Aliexpress; around 1 week to Japan. Then I can say only for the Japanese Hub. It works very reliable. Mistakes happen, but very rare. Shippings above $300 are free regardless of the route from the warehouse abroad. Returns happen to local address and not expensive. The bad part is that they deduct a small shipping fee from refunds REGARDLESS of their responsibility. Whenever it is wrong item, damaged or wrong size, they deduct something like $7 in Japan. Their internet coupon program is always a hoax. No coupon ever worked. But on some occasions they may put a working coupon to the box with your order. It has short active period, but works, when you need something urgently. Lately, their website started glitching, showing some items as unavailabe at check-out. However they may become available on the next round of sales. Supercharging is not that bad as it was told below. Generally non-sale items are supercharged not more than 15%, but when on sale, it may become -85% when two offers combine.”

“Have used YOOX many times and occasionally have received an incorrect item but returns are easy and free. Delivery takes a while but they use ups who are quite good rather than a rubbish courier like dpd or Hermes.”

“Customer Service Was Helpful. Advised Prior To Purchase The Warehouse Was Closed Due To COVID-19. The Merchandise Was Shipped Several Weeks Later And Received As Described. Other Than A Delay In Shipment The Transaction was Fine. The Merchandise Is Authentic. Made Two Additional Purchases Within last Six Weeks Without Problems. Will Shop Yoox Again.”
