“Very happy with the service when I took out our insurance but we are still waiting for the first time buyer 50 GBP M&S gift card to be made available. We were told that you were out of stock on 18th August.”

“The young man who filled in the proposal form was polite and very clear in his questions and the price for the policy was very competitive - about £100 less than my usual broker. I was pleased to be offered Marks and Spencers vouchers for being a new customer.”

“I took out a policy with Aplan because they mailed me with a good price and an offer of £50 M&S Vouchers. I was dealt with well and courteously but was then refused £50 in vouchers and offered £25 instead. I felt this decision was founded on misleading small print and stuck to my guns. The operative spoke with his Manager and it was agreed I would have the correct amount. So I am quite happy! Shame I had to be so firm, and I feel others may not so put this right APlan!!!”
