“Have always been helpful, and generally give me a good price. When I had a better quote elsewhere they managed to get their quote down to the same figure. (I always prefer to deal with A Plan, face to face, rather than on line). The office is always smart and clean, as our the staff.”

“I love the fact you have a 'landline' rather than an 0845 or 0345 number, and you get through to someone usually straight away. Also you do seem to be competitive for even long standing customers; although I do keep looking at the competition to ensure I receive the best quote possible. My only gripe is that the details on my policies for car and house mostly have at least one aspect incorrect. this then invalidates my policy? I'd like to see my policy come through with no errors, as contacting you again to amend them is time-taking, especially when I have to wait for the amended forms to come through in the post which takes a few days, and then have to check them all allover again. Also, meant to mention, the staff are always very pleasant and friendly and helpful and knowledgable. thank you.”
