“From the moment I walked into the building I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff. I was treated with the utmost courtesy and my every-need was considered. When there was an obstacle to be overcome, it was overcome with the best outcome for me as the prime concern. I had the utmost confidence that my policy was the best it could possibly be. “Very helpful operator who called me back. No hard sell at all and I knew (with the internet we can check these things) that I was being told the truth. No spiel. I've been with A Plan for many years now and appreciate the goodwill gestures that I sometimes get, such as half price legal cover - the more so as I have NEVER used it. Or, indeed, crashed at all. Perhaps there will be something in June to celebrate my continued safe driving. Love the personal touches. Love the English (Hampshire, isn't it) call centres. Operators are brilliant. Can and do recommend. Best wishes, James”
