“I think the service you offer is great. You sorted out my problem last week with no hassle - which is what I have come to expect from your staff. They also sorted out the problems with my daughters accident - so I know you will deliver. I was going to phone to see if my M & S vouchers are on their way - completed and left the cards with Steve (who has now gone to Carterton). I am sure they are on the way. I go out of my way to tell people how good you are that that they should get a car insurance quote from you. many thanks. Susan Reed”
