“After suffering a heart attack on the M25 and writing off my car, my daughter contacted Steve Neal of the Guildford Office. Steve went far beyond what one would expect and sorted everything out, including an awkward insurer. On recovery, I contacted Steve, and again he was very helpful in sorting out all the issues. Also he insured by new vehicle at a rate less than last years premium, despite declaring the heart attack. That is service you would never get from a comparison site. Always recommend A-Plan to all the family and friends.”

“Superb customer service, knew exactly the kind of cover we needed and smashed all the prices that we had seen on comparison websites. Really special touch to know that our policy resulted in a donation to charity of £30. Not many insurance companies I know that do that.”
