“I have dealt with Alex Onslow-Major at the Maidenhead Office for the past five years with regard to my car insurance and have always found him very helpful and courteous and he has found competitive premiums. Last month, June 2015, he has also managed to secure a reduction in my current buildings and contents insurance. I have no hesitation in recommending A-plan.”

“The staff who I dealt with at A-Plan in Swindon were excellent, they did not rush me and took time to go through my new quote line by line within the policy against the quote from my previous company. A-Plan are also conveniently located to my work place , and therefore i was able to go and visit the premises and talk to people face to face rather than my previous insurance company who were an on-line based company where the business is carried out over the phone. A-Plan were also considerably more competative and I felt they were interested in me as a person”

“A-Plan provide an excellent service. Both their customer service and value for money. I have dealt with them over the phone and in person and they always strive to give me the best deal they can. I never feel pressured by A-Plan. I have recommended them to friends and family and will continue to go to them in the future should I need insurance help or advice. A-Plan is a company others should strive to emulate.”

“Had a phone call from A plan offering a good deal on insurance for my car, went into salisbury and took out a policy with them. It was nice to deal face to face and get all my questions answered, leaving with policy documents in my hand. Should I have any problems in the future they are only phone call or short car journey away.”

“Best Insurance Company ever! I have found A Plan Insurance to be simply splendid! So organised, so efficient and professional. The financial arrangements are done so expertly through a subsidiary company, its great to be able to use docusign as a way of signing documents. It's so nice to be able to call in to one office and get straight through to the personnel instead of having to endure umpteen voice messages diverting one to different departments as is the case with most Insurance companies. It's so great to be able to get straight through to the same people or person who is handling ones policy and /or issue instead of having to always speak to all different and unknown, nameless, faceless, customer advisors as is the case with most Insurance Companies. At A Plan there is a personal touch, unlike other Insurance Companies which are usually so impersonal. I really like the fact that it is a small office and the phone always gets answered! It's so pleasant to be able to call a proper landline number instead of one of those 0844 numbers which cost a fortune if you're calling from your mobile as one is always kept waiting, listening to some kind of music for ages before getting through. It makes such a difference to be able to deal with the same person, and here I cannot praise FIONA HAUGHEY enough! She has been (and is!) brilliant, not only with finding me the very best insurance deal for my car, but also working incredibly hard to find a policy for my friend which no one else could do! Fiona is a delight to speak to, she is extremely efficient, ultra reliable and exceptionally diligent. Very professional. She has Extensive and in depth knowledge and understanding of the products. She is indeed an asset to A Plan Insurance and due to my experience with Fiona, I have no hesitation in recommending A Plan to all my friends. I am very happy to have discovered this excellent Insurance Company.”
