“I was very impressed. I popped into my local branch (Thatcham) and even though they were about to close I was made to feel welcome and Ella went though the form with me in great detail. She contacted me the next day with answers to some enquiries about insuring expensive bikes. She met every deadline and was extremely professional. Meanwhile I had a quote from Teachers Assurance but it did not seem as good value so I went with the quote from A plan. All the paperwork arrived on time.”

“I used A-plan when I was teenager and 20 years on, called in for a quote for my son who is now 17! We spoke to a very knowledgeable, professional and amiable representative who took interest in what we were looking for, found us a great deal and got us set up in minutes.
