“excellent service within the branch,however email is not addressed to me I am not Mr Hare and letter received today saying thank you for recommending is not the name I recommended!!!! hope this helps on the feedback,I am also awaiting my £50 gift card for taking out my policy. regards Tina Williams”

“With the £50 M&S voucher, £104 fully comp for my 5 series was brilliant. I shall be looking for a quote for my house and contents insurance. You just need to be more careful with details, we have been called the wrong name and correspondence sent to the wrong house number.”

“It was vey good to have a face-toface conversation with a human being (and a very pleasant one, at that!) rather than a computer screen or even the telephone. The staff member careffully took all the necessary details and at the conclusion was able to offer me slightly wider cover, but at a lower cost, and all was completed there and then to my complete satisfaction. I would certainl use them again, and recommend their services to others.”

“From the first telephone call to the company, we received the best assistance from the staff who researched the best price for our house insurance, and also our Mother for her contents insurance and also one of her neighbours for her contents insurance. “The team at the office were very helpful. I was offered a drink, they explained the process, they explained what the various elements of my existing home insurance was all about so I could look into a like for like policy that would match what we had previously, they explained any differences and what all the options were. More to the point, they saved us over ONE HUNDRED POUNDS for exactly the same cover with a major player in the market (not some tiny company I had never heard of!). Perfect service from a local company :)”
