“So easy to work with A Plan people always very helpful , informative and friendly, I now have several policies with them and as they always seem to come up with the best prices. I cannot foresee going anywhere else. Top marks this time go to Zoe Goddard at Thatcham for sorting out a near £60 saving on house and contents insurance, plus a greatly improved policy on my old insurers. Oh and of course A Plan will always be local to you so again easy to contact if needed, they always seem very happy to advise at any time and do not overtly try to keep selling you "stuff"!”

“was very friendly and we were well informed throughout. The stafff member was really good and we would rate him 10/10 at customer relations. We were also impressed by the smart turnout of all the staff present. IS A CREDIT TO THE cOMPANY.”

“I dealt with Alex Mason at the Tunbridge Wells office he was very helpful and extremely professional. I had a specific need as I drive extensively in Europe he was able to source a suitable company at a competitive rate. The whole process was dealt with the minimum of fuss and I was very impressed. Well done Alex and thanks.”

“I use A-Plan because they employ UK based people. I can get cheaper elsewhere and would switch if it was ever outsourced. I'm not a UK national but I do understand the importance of spending our money to support local jobs.”

“The staff were knowledgable, and forthcoming with any additional information I required, very quick to provide a quote, and certainly the cheapest quote i found. I had the misfortune to break down shortly after taking the policy out, and used the recovery service, they arrived inside 40 minutes , with a full tilt loader rig, and they were extremely careful with loading and unloading, and securing the vehicle, so as far as I'm concerned a huge compliment to the overallservice, at an extremely competive price for that service too.”
