“Find it frustrating that each branch are unable to quote for all different insurance and give you a telephone number of a different branch .....”

We do have branches that specialise in a particular area of insurance, for example, commercial, travel, taxi and even marine insurance teams, and we do this to ensure that our clients receive the very best help and guidance when it comes to considering their individual needs. Where this is the case we work hard to provide an efficient, timely and effective solution. Some clients may find it easier to contact the specialist branch directly or if it is helpful we would transfer the call through or arrange for a call back at a more convenient time. “firstly when deciding to take up a plan they didnt phone me back for payment as promissed I had to phone them the next day and secondly they promissed to send the estate agents by email the documents that day but didnt only sent when I phoned and complained I hadnt received my documents, I still didnt receive the documents and had to phone again the following week then eventually got them by that time the cooling off period had expired so not too good need to kick a few butts I think!!!”
