“You were able to quickly return a call with a quote, staff attitude was helpful and listened, and able to find a cheaper comparable quote, have two vehicles insured through you will also want cover for 3rd vehicle when it becomes due. (I will contact you)”

“At first i was apprehensive about using a high street broker (Taunton), but as i thought nothing ventured nothing gained, I was very surprised that their quotes were very competitive, and the customer service was first class, who had time to listen to my requirements and advise me, All in all a great service of old traditional values where the customer came first rather than money, I will certainly recommend them without hesitation Bob Yeovil”

“Please don't refer to me as Hutchings I have a title. The service at the Exeter branch was brilliant Ian was superb at following through from enquiry to purchase although I'm not sure that all the details given to the first point of contact were recorded correctly as I had to reinforce these again with Ian later. I would certainly consider using Ian again for another service.”

“I made contact with A-plan having received a letter originally sent to my Wife offering the services you had available. As an ex Insurance Broker myself, I knew what to look for and the type of service I expected to receive and I have to admit I was at no time disappointed with the service and attention that I received. My original contact was with Georgia Wheyman in the Ipswich office to whom I gave details of the 2 Cars that were coming up for renewal toward the end of May and having been through all of the preliminary questions and answers, she provided me with satisfactory rates and quotations that I was pleased and able to accept. I went into the office and took up the Insurance for the first Car, a Mazda Demio Automatic for May 26th and later did the same for the Mazda 626 due on 30th. Certificates of Insurance were issued and all of the relevant paperwork was handed to me together with Policy Booklet for my own files back at home. Overall, the service and attention that I received was excellent and I will have no hesitation in putting the company forward to anyone that asks me about my Motor Insurance in the future. A very satisfied Client, Keith Doidge.”
