“Prompt attention from a very friendly team. I was pleased to see what they could offer for contents insurance on my two studio flats recommended to me by my colleague and one of A-plan's clients Ms Ann Gould of Pevensey. The quotes were competitive and as anticipated, although as I have not had any claims in the past, should have attracted lower premiums. However, it is good to be able to visit their office in the town centre in future, but I was annoyed to be charged £26 by my previous insurer for many years, Barclays Insurance, with four months left to run to their renewal date.”
