They were both very polite, friendly, courteous, and competent in what they set about to do. Therefore, please pass my regards and comments on to them, and you should also give them some credit and reward by giving them a pay rise, as they deserve it. I look forward to hearing from you. “I recently took out car insurance with A Plan and within the first 2 weeks needed to replace my car wind screen. The customer service was great particularly as it was at a time when I had just lost my father and needed to sort it out between the funeral service and lots of admin. They couldn't have been better.”
