“When Ashleigh (from ActiveQuote) first called me after I requested for an online quote for a life & critical illness cover from Confused.com, I thought it was yet another one of those hard-selling phone calls. I was SO WRONG! She was patient (no hard-selling at all) in answering all my questions - there are quite a few - concerning the wordings in the policy document, recommended the best policy moving forward and suggested an alternative (with a slight discount) when Aviva decided to increase the monthly premium retrospectively by 25% due to an existing condition. The savings are considerable compared to direct from the provider or websites such as GoCompare, Confused etc. Their services are first rate - highly recommend!”

“My agent, Matthew Dotchon, gave comprehensive and sound advice at the time of enquiry. He kept in touch whilst I was considering options but put no adverse pressure.
