“Excellent service, very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable staff - extremely responsive to questions and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them to investigate. I haven't had need to claim and, as with all insurances, that is really the time you find out what you have bought... but trusting Active Quote to have done a good job there too. Would (and have) happily recommend them”

“I have used Active Quote for the second time, and again, it was five star service. Daniel Hurcombe was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. “When Ashleigh (from ActiveQuote) first called me after I requested for an online quote for a life & critical illness cover from Confused.com, I thought it was yet another one of those hard-selling phone calls. I was SO WRONG! She was patient (no hard-selling at all) in answering all my questions - there are quite a few - concerning the wordings in the policy document, recommended the best policy moving forward and suggested an alternative (with a slight discount) when Aviva decided to increase the monthly premium retrospectively by 25% due to an existing condition. The savings are considerable compared to direct from the provider or websites such as GoCompare, Confused etc. Their services are first rate - highly recommend!”
