“It "just worked": no long conversations, no murky jargon, just to the point. We had quite specific questions to clarify before selecting a product and our ActiveQuote consultant found the relevant (which was particularly pleasing) answers surprisingly fast. Will definitely recommend and use by myself in future”

“Very good under lockdown conditions. Really friendly personal approach is welcome when trying to navigate the vast amounts of information available when trying to choose a provider. The agents knowledge of different covers is invaluable and I personally don't have the time to research the market.”

“The support I received was excellent. They led me through the process in a professional and supportive way. They did most of the work for me: checking with the potential providers and completing the form over the phone. It was a quick process, as they called me promptly, at agreed times. It also felt personal, as the initial conversation was adapted to my personal situation, and the decisions based on that. Richard was especially knowledgeable about which providers were most likely to be interested in providing the cover. All-in-all, it was a great experience. I felt confident in their direction, and that I was receiving a personal service.”
