“Matthew called me to discuss the policy I had agreed to take out. He pointed out a number of issues and exclusions with the policy which I had not been fully aware of. Matthew discussed an alternative plan which suited my needs far more. I am delighted to have the peace of mind that I now have a value for money product which provides the cover I require and more. “Our insurance broker Richard was very helpful and knowledgable. This enabled us to select the right health insurance policy. However when the documents arrived they contained conditions we did not expect. Richard followed this up with the insurer and after a lot of hard work and determination managed to secure the same policy at the same price minus any restrictions or conditions. This was an excellent outcome and we will use Richard’s services again.”
