“Asked for a renewal quote but was directed elsewhere to a different insurance provider. I had to call my existing provider Aviva directly to get a reasonable re quote. Stay away from Active quote, broker needs to be fired. Broker did not advise as to how to reduce the premium with the current provider ie health questionnaire.”

“Yet again the service I recieved from Active quote for my annual renewal was 1st class. James gave a full and detailed explanation of all my options and providers. I had several questions which he contacted the providers in order to get me the information I required, in addition he got my existing provider to requote at a lower price. Thank you.”

“Having used Active Quote for several years to arrange Healthcare Insurance, this year I had time on my hands so queried that they originally offered for me to remain with the same provider. Eventually they found an alternative, which saved me a lot of money. They should have offered me the alternative at the outset. Otherwise they provide excellent service.”
