Levi phoned me but the signal was bad. He then sent me an email about the renewal of my private medical insurance with WPA. I was confused, & quite worried, as I thought I’d sorted this with WPA a couple of weeks earlier. I replied to his email (twice) asking him to ring again the next day to sort this out. Never heard from him & I had to ring WPA to check everything was OK. Hopeless waste of my time.

I tried to contact Active Quote by email prior to my policy running out to discuss alternative policies. I did not receive a response. I tried to telephone on two occasions and on both there was an automated message stating I should call back at a later time.

I changed my Health Ins Provider in Oct 2017,based on quoted premiums and 'perks' ,as advised by Lance,namely 2 premium-free months and £60 cashback. When I renewed this year,direct with the provider,found out that none of that had been applied. Phoned to query and said they would investigate,now ignoring phone calls and emails. Lesson to be learned,get any deals confirmed in writing. I changed supplier based on this offer and am left nearly £300 out of pocket.

I dealt with my renewed premium myself so I’m not quite sure what you actually did for me, other than sending a quick email. I’m assuming you received some form of payment on the renewal, so I would expect more than just an email in such circumstances.

Stay away, having to make a claim due to redundancy and as my previous employer has a worldwide stance not to provide a reference I am being told I can not claim! This is not in the policy wording or in the key facts document and is an unfair policy term so I am having to report them to the FCA and the Financial Ombudsman, PURE SHARKS!

Never been so disappointed, let down, and now frankly ANGRY, with your service. Lance Morgan was wonderful, but I did ask several times (as my existing Cigna policy was about to run out) if the quote etc was secure, so I could finish with Cigna, which is what I did. To be turned down all together at the 11th hour, without one word of expalnation is just not acceptable. I was completely truthful and never expected my left eye to be covered after recent problems, but in every other respect I am a totally healthy 73 year old, never smoked, don't drink, no diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol, pay independantly to have Well Woman checks every year, am on NO medication at all so now I am left with no insurance cover at all, having given ip my insurance with Cigna on 30 th July. I am sorry for Lance who did his best, but my treatment is disgraceful.

Very poor communication from Leuan Owain Williams. Renewal appears to have gone ahead even though I have not agreed to it and two payments have been taken from my bank account for this month. I am unsure why this can happen without my consent. I would appreciate further information on the situation.

I tried several times using different contact numbers to speak to someone in the days leading to renewal of my health insurance. I left at least 3 voicemails requesting a call back with no response. The service I received was appalling.

I have purchased my medical insurance with active quote in march 2017. Brian was very keen to help and advised various things but forgot to mention the important things to me. Now there are claiming that they didnt know. They should have known as they were selling this insurance. they happily signed me on and the paperwork arrived several days later. I was trying to make my first claim 10 months later, where I discovered that I have to pay fees to make a claim. I know I have to pay the excess fee but not the other fees. I asked the active quote to pay that fee as they have not advised it to me when I signed on. They declined. Brian was very unprofessional and now he is washing his hands off it.

Was led to believe switch policy was like for like,by advisor, as per original insurers. Cataract surgery was required for Linda Whittle,found out to our loss,is out patient proceedure,and limited to £1000,previous insurer was unlimited.No claim made as after excess payment and loss of NCB levels,not worthwhile.Linda Whittle has never after many years of insurance,made any claim.Now in NHS system,and still waiting for second eye proceedure,after being diagnosed following standard sight test,last January!! I specifically asked advisor,as an example only, at the time,did the switch policy,prior to switching, cover cataract proceedures,and was told it did,therefore far from happy

You didn’t do ‘ANYTHING’ that’s the issue. Didn’t even bother calling me and assumed I’d renew! So, your service was poor but because vitality were on the ball I got a renewal!!
