general poor service, I felt little effort was made to research the market for a better quote. Your system is poor in this regard, in a normal event I would expect a schedule of alternative quotes as the first correspondence. You are meant to be a broker after all.

Thank you for your comments and review. We are sorry you feel that our service has been poor. We did run a comparison of quotes however as we explained we couldn't find the same level of cover you had for a lower premium, and you confirmed you were happy to proceed. Upon receiving my premium for continued health insurance and found it had gone up by nearly £100 I rang you to see if you could get it cheaper you were all on Lunch according to a colleague and I would receive a call after lunch 5 days later I am still waiting not impressed at all

I was sold an income insurance policy from this company at the beginning of the year. They went through my circumstances in depth and assured me the policy was right for me. Unfortunately I had to make a claim, my claim was rejected by the insurance company as I was sold an incorrect policy (confirmed by insurance company). When I complained to Active Quote they accepted that they had sold me the wrong policy. However they only offered me one moneths benefit as a way of compensation. So I am now 7 months post accident, trying to recover from an injury on nil income. Added to this stress I am now having to take legal action against this unhelpful, unprofessional and unsympathetic company.

Bad advice, followed by me not being able to contact the Activquote advisors over a two week period by which time my renewal date had passed. Would not recommend this company and will not be using them again myself.

dramatically increased quote year on year (30%) with no change in circumstances, asked for alternative quotes and instructed not to renew but renewed policy anyway.

I am not sure what active quote do for me, I deal directly with Bupa. I have had no contact at all with Active Quote when renewing my health insurance

1. Renewal agent at activequote sat on the renewal quote from Aviva for several weeks bringing me very close to renewal date. 2. Asserted he had tried to contact me - no record - not true. 3. Complacent about Aviva's 40% increase, just wanted me to renew; made scant effort to obtain better quotes. 4. Failed to draw attention to Aviva's omission to send me health questionnaire; completing it secured 10%+ discount. 5. Still got the final quote wrong at the end of all this. In brief, completely useless. Agents in prior years much better.

I am not satisfied on the insurance monthly amount, i have been paying from last three years without any claim but every year the insurance amount goes up and I have mentioned this to your colleague who called me for the quote and he said will get back to me but no one has contacted me afterwards. So I will probably cancel this insurance and go for the new one somewhere else. I am not satisfied at all with your service. Thanks, Jamshed
